Not sure what I made but I took a picture of it. Thinking maybe its time to read more and stitch less. But I must keep trying, I can't sit in my chair and not stitch. So guess I will go have a look at the material I got yesterday at the thrift and see what I can make with that. Maybe I should just wait until I get that book I ordered, but the pioneer women didn't have a book. Maybe some of their quilts looked like my pillow, they just saved the good ones.Thats probably it.

Love the pillow, Nancy Jo! LOVE your whole blog, for that matter! Been there a number of times now and admire everything! I like the coffee dying, too. Also, the walnut crystals work great! Cora

Nancy Jo - I have to say I LOVE your pillow!!!!! It is different, rustic, pretty, and well done, and I think you may be finding your own special "look". No Kidding. It is great!

I looked through your other recent photos....your cake stand is just like mine...and I always love to see your kitchen and see the two wooden spoons I sent to you so long ago, when you were just a newbie on this site!!!

Oh and by the way, I am learning how to post photos on my newly birthed blog, so go and visit again!

Your pillow is lovely, Nancy Jo. To me it has a bit of "log cabin" flavor which is just my favorite quilt pattern (well and maybe the Ohio star too).

I coffee dye most of my prims to. Add a little vanilla in the mix and your prims will smell as yummy as they look! Just be careful, small children & pets will want to eat them! One time, Colton asked if we were going to eat one of my dolls for dinner! LOL

Keep up the good work. You're doing great without a book!

Blessings, Lea

Nancy Jo - that's so cute! I love all the patterns put together. You did a great job. Now just grubby it up with some coffee, vanilla, and cinnamon for a true Prim look! The smell will be wonderful!

Goode Job... Nancy...

If you want a REALLY, PRIM, DARK STAIN try using INSTANT COFFEE, then add in some CLOVES & CINNAMON for that Lustful Scent...

I use TEA also..., but have found I truly love the DIRTY, GRUBBY LOOK, with INSTANT coffee.

You have a Wonderful Wednesday... Isn't this Hump-Day???

hey, that's really cute.....cheerful colors and i like the buttons on it!! do you know how long it would take ME to make something like that??? it would probably never get done! it is so funny to me to hear you say when you're sitting in a chair you have to stitch...okay, for ME....if i have to even put a button on a blouse, (and i can assure you most times i throw the blouse out rather than sew the button back on) it is such an ordeal!! i need to do it during the day light, have everything out, be in the mood to fuss with it..... Nancy, i idolize you!!!!!
