Thank you all! I got the best compliment. the maker of the kit I used to make the quilt likes my version of her quilt better than her own. She asked to display my photo on her blog!

It's very sweet. That's one of the real treats about sewing by hand, you get to make tiny treasures, and they are easy to tote around, I always have something to sew with me in my car, a book of crossword puzzles and a book to read so that I won't waste any spare time. Hand sewing is such a soothing thing to do....arin |
