Posted - Jan 31 2008 : 03:18:55 AM I will be attending a fund-raiser in March for a local hospice. It is an afternoon tea-party. A group of us have reserved a table. I would like to make little favors/gifts for everyone at our table (8) and want them to be 'tea' themed and something they will keep. Our table theme will probably be Victorian, so any ideas? I can sew, knit, crochet, stamp and am open to any and all ideas! Angie

Posted - Jan 31 2008 : 11:17:45 AM If you crochet...you could crochet a doily and then starch it and place it around a teacup and saucer that you like.... When it hardens you will have a crochet teacup. My mother gave me one of these when I visited a couple of months ago, and it is absolutely darling. Some great ideas already listed. MJ

Posted - Jan 31 2008 : 08:53:26 AM How about making "bath tea" Sew little tea bags and fill with bath salts and herbs. Hand them on the tub to "steep" while you take your bath!
