Are any of you ladies good at drawing up patterns? I'm interested in purchasing or bartering for some handmade stuffed animal patterns if any of you ladies are interested in drawing me up some. I'm particularly looking for a cow, a horse, a chicken and a pig but would be willing to talk about others too. I'd like them to be about 8"-10" tall and about 10"-12" from nose to rump and then I want them to be rounded like a stuffed animal, not flat like a pillow. Anyone have this wonderful talent?

That has got to be one of the cutest patterns I have seen in a while. I would love to see them sewn up. Sure reminds me of the good old days!
If you get an abundance of these sewn up perhaps we can work out a barter or I can buy a set from you!
Hugs,
Pauline

I FOUND IT!! I went through this box twice yesterday. Somebody must have put it in there in the middle of the night...haha!
So anyway, here is the one I was thinking of. I'll lend it to you if its what you wanted.

Thanks for the ideas and links ladies! Mary, I'm looking for sewing patterns, I can't quite master the fancy crocheting stitches yet but hopefully someday.

It is a Mc Call's pattern, Pattern Bee Sells them, if I know what you are talking about Daisy.

Well ratz...I have found every pattern I've owned since 1906 and can't find THAT one!! I must have lent it to somebody. It made a rounded cow, pig and rooster that were darling. I want to say it was a McCall's pattern, but might be wrong on that. Try going to the commercial pattern websites. All I can say is that it is definitely available.
Meantime I'll try and get these braincells to figure out who I've lent it to.
