So, lately I have been a cross stitching crazy person. I have seven neices, and I am stitching their monograms for Christmas. Plus a Mary Englebreit pattern for a few friends and teachers I know. I have been averaging one completed project every two or three days. So, my question is. Does anyone out there have pattern books they are not using or would be willing to lend me for awhile? I will pay shipping. Just looking for something whimsy to do next, or something funky and fun like the ME books.!

Thanks!

Thank you so much! I have never seen sewing stuff at our second hand shops, but I'll keep looking!

There is a company that sells cross stitch magazines
Cross country stitching.
I have brought their magazines for years and ordered things from them

They really have some cute things. pinkroses

Heather, check out your local thrift stores as well. I have found stacks of Cross Stitch Magazines for a dollar. The cool part is I don't feel guilty if I cut out just the 1-2 projects I want to put in my scrap book. I also pass along the magzines to friends. I have also been lucky at our local library book sales in finding wonderful crafting books.
The bummer is, just before we moved from Calif. to Wash., I had to part with a lot of my crafting books, I am so bummed. I do have some still. But none of them have ME patterns.
Send me your address & I can send you some stuff. Don't worry about the postage costs. I am glad to see you can put them to good use.
