Tribal bra...Created this afternoon....
I bought another bra as well to decorate....I'll have to see what else I have laying around to decorate it with. I made some more tribal falls as well....turned out really pretty. I'll photograph them tomorrow...

I know, I thought the faces were kinda funny too. It looks cool on though. I am really excited to wear it and the other at our upcoming hafla! I am amking another right now that is taking a LOT of hand sewing. I am using all manner of foreign coins, not just Middle Eastern coins, either. I think it speaks kinda well to the theme of ATS, in that ATS is rooted in ME dance, but adds other styles to it as well...so anyway, I have a ton of foreign coins from when I worked at Wells Fargo Bank. We were allowed to scour through the misc. coins that would go through the coin sorter/counter. Anyhow, Rob drilled holes in them for me and now I am in process of stringing them onto another bra. It is looking great so far! Can't wait to show you. still have to take photos of the other hair falls I just made too.
I got a few new things in the mail today too, a new kuchi hip belt, a head piece, and some brocade harem pants. I am expecting a few more things too this week...I LOVE bellydance costuming...

I have some cool stuff I made when my sisiter in law was belly dancing. I would make one for me as a mock up then make her hair pieces and hip scarfs and things of that sort.

I always thought belly dancing would be a fun thing to learn to do. Of course, I am not sure I would be willing to show my belly at this stage of my life.

I actually got the ehads in a box- a BIG BIG BIG box- full of beads and masks and ceramics and such for a dollar about 2 and a half years ago. I am finally getting down to none left-especially after this bra.
