I made several muslin bags today and filled then spices that I got at the store this morning. They came out pretty cute. Now I want to make lots of them. I put pictures of all this stuff on my site.

Good idea Bonne, I will do that with a few of them. They are so much fun to make.

Nancy, if you tie the little muslin bags with a plain cotton string, before you put the fancies
on them, people can use the bag (after removing the fancies) as mulling spices for hot cider/tea or brewing warm potpourri, by just tossing the bag in the cider/water.
That way they're pretty, smell good, and are "edible"(drinkable)!
They're just adorable!

Judy said in the above post that my idea to use mulling spices was a good one. Does anyone know is these are sold all year or just this time of year? They sure smell good.
