hey sweetie .. i didn't get to town yesterday until after the shoppe was closed. i'm expecting a friend from England any moment now .. and am takingher 'to town' .. i will look for "JENNIFER" when i get there .. and when i get back home .. i'll let ya' know. no need to send pennies ahead of time. with the 'gurlfrenz' .. i always mail it off .. see what the 'postage' is .. and either e-mail them .. OR .. they just check the outside of the box for the amount ... and add it.
be back at ya' later this evening. we have a fun whirlwind day planned! xo

it is over at the 'antiques' mall .. but it's only been there ONE DAY .. i'm hoping to get there before they close today to take some more treasures! if it's still there .. i'll bring it home to send to you.
i'm sooooooooooo excited .. we're going to meet another author this evening ... she'll be doing 'booksignings' at the plaid peacock .. then we'll all go over to lucy's for dinner and a discussion of her book .. she'll be doing some readings too. i'll post all about it in my 'gathering room'. xo will let you know about the 'fleur' apron.
p.s. i adore those 'ruffled' pockets too! xo

p.s. i LOVE that you are making these too! soooooooooo easy... sooooooooo sweet! i found a bunch of my 'vintage aprons' in a box in the schoolhouse and have been sewin' pockets for them like wildfire!

thanks dearheart .. they are ohhhhhhhh sooooooo easy .. and i want to do some more 'prim pockets' .. where i can do more 'embellishing' .. using pieces of olde quilts. i haven't started one for YOU yet .. do you prefer the prissy or prim? (don't think i can do 'more modern' or 'artsy fartsy'. i enjoy seeing them .. but i this mind and these hands .. tend to roam towards the P&P versions! xo, frannie

thanks miz bonne .. i have a HUGE pile of 'tattered and torns' .. and also a lot of really 'good ones' in there. but since most people don't still use doilies .. i re-purposed them into pockets .. which we can all use! xo
