Quilt in a Day is on our local PBS station and the last half of one program was on yo yos. She had a quilt tablecloth that was edged in two rows of yo yos. Oh the hostess always wears an apron and also had a segment on vintage aprons. JoAnn

Hellooooooooooooo! Ladies,

Nice to see that I am not the only one that is hooked on making YoYo's. I also find them to be a very relaxing project. I tell my co-workers, "girls I'm taking a YoYo break" they know where to find me.

I find them to be a lovely take along project. Eventually I will join the swap, but as of now, I am so busy doing other projects and teaching sewing. I am repurposeing a crochet sweater I found, for my daughter in-law using the yoyos I am making. My yoyos are button size. Very cute.

As soon as I see my way clear to swap I will do so.

Happy yoyoing.

I am sorry to inform you that you are now addicted to the most powerful compulsion known to woman kind. YO-YO'S!!! Great job. Just kidding, well maybe not. Since I made my first in July I have made more than 500 of those little things. I can't stop -- they have taken over my life and my living room.

yeah, after i did the first one i felt like it looked funny, so i went back to the online tutorial and found that i was supposed to stitch close to the fold, which i didn't do on the first one, i think that is why it wouldn't lay down.

you improved tons between first and second. You have your yo yo laying flat instead of like the first up right. To make them all look like the second one, place hand on top of yoyo when closing they will be inclined to be like the second one looks great
now she is ready to join the yoyo swaps

have a lovely day and may God bless you and keep you safe
