For all you apron collector/makers, I would just love to see how you display them in your home.
My collection is just from this past year! Two of them are from dear farmgirls, a couple from antique stores and four or five from my grandmother (some were her mom's and her grandmother's! not all in this picture)

I would love to see pictures of yours!

Rosemary,
Took me a minute to figure out what we are talking about here. Anyway, if you type it in on AMAZON under books it gives a nice write up about it. Its about a poor family in the south, both parents are dead, and a sister tries to keep the family together. Its written for the nine to twelve year age, but I might read it. It looks interesting. I got it for one of my Grand daughters.
Now to stay on subject, I thnk they wore a lot of APRONS BACK THEN AND HUNG THEM IN THE PANTRY. HA.

I don't know how to post pictures here so I posted them on my site. You can also see more in my MAY ARCVIVES blowing in the wind. As I said on my site, my favorites are from the MJ girls.

Some I store in pretty decorative hat boxes that I buy over @ Michales crafts (w/my 40% off coupon) and others I hang. I bought 3 of the oval shaped wood cut outs, about aprox. 8"x4", w/the fancy routered edges, About $1 ea. I painted them a solid color, then decoupaged(sp) them w/vintaged looking gift wrap then sealed(varnished) them. I then added a couple of coffee hooks to each one. Hung them on the wall & now I can switch out my aprons according to whim or season..come the holidays & can hang my holiday ones up.
