I was wondering if anyone has done any stumpwork and can offer some advice. I have been wanting to try it and bought a kit but am a little intimidated. I have been doing regular embroidery for years so I hope that will help.

I bet Sunshine probably knows somethings you would need to know about this...but I think she is out of town until Tuesday. She is pretty much teh inhouse authority on all things needlework. You should talk to her. |

Well I bit the bullet and bought a book on this from Amazon.com. I think that will give me the answers and encouragment I need.

It is kinda 3-d embroidery.... very cool very pretty. Stumpwork is on my list of things I would like to do... I got a book, but I have so many other irons in the fire.
