What a darling tote. You did an awsome job. Your detail work is so great. You can use it for just about anything - it's so versitile.

Well, I think I am going to use it for toting my sewing stuff. Handwork stuff you know. The embroider hoops fit nicely in the bottom.

Susan, If you go into the biz of handcrafting totes, I would love to be a customer. I love the details in your work, and also the fabric, I think it's ticking. In fact, I think you'll probably have a lot of customers!

That's very cute, and I like how tall it is. It would make a great market bag.

Susan, Did you make it up or is there a pattern out there somewhere? I would like to make some totes but the patterns I've found look like a lot of work!
sunflowergal Posted - May 31 2007 : 7:07:36 PM
Very cute! I also like the colors. I do hope you break into the biz. I shopped on E-bay for a diaper bag and you can make some good money there.

I adore that bag!! You are so talented!
TheSoapMaven Posted - May 31 2007 : 5:23:08 PM
Anne, I have a ton of embroider patterns. But sometimes I just free hand a little something with a pencil - like for the green bee I just used a green color pencil.

Jessie...I promise you I had things I "needed" to do but the fabric called and I answered!! Tomorrow morning will be housecleaning!

Really Cute Susan..
I like how you've been adding the little appliques to your things lately.. ( or lately that i've seen anyway!) Like that sweet little Cinderella Apron!! Nice pretty colors too. So feminine..

Thank you all. I am obsessed with Japanese craft books. Just ask my girls! So wish I could read Japanese! And will make a pattern now that I figured it all out. Rachel wants one too.
