There are 10 apron patterns from 1940 that can be viewed and printed off to make. They are such fun to look at, and some had me laughing out loud. Though they are great inspiration too, especially the Old Glory pattern - very nice.

The 'southern bell' is my favourite - white and peach organdy, with about twenty black ribbon bows sprinkled all over! Good grief it wouldn't last a minute in my kitchen
