Thanks Kathie...funny, I was sewing an apron today and thought of the whole backstitching thing too......used to do the old back and forth and back and forth....am limiting myself to just a tiny backstitch...just enough to hold the stitch! Sure hope I don't lose my pockets!!!!! LOL (stitchus interuptus)

I love the new sign! Really cute..
I was actually sewing on a couple Aprons last night & thinking about you two.. ( Bev & Michelle ) & i really.. really tried so hard to stop back stitching so much.. But i'd do it then look at it & go.. "Hhhhhmmmm.. that pocket is going to come right off there!" & i just had to go back over it again!
It must be an illness!
i have a stitching affliction!
What would that be called..? 'Dual stitch extertis' possibly?
oh who am i kidding.. it's OCD.. ain't it?
Anyway.. Bev.. i really love all of the great things you've been making!!

Sure! Any time Bev! I love your work! I took it to the Lamaze class I was observing last night and of course- more compliments! But I was thinking when I'm going to births as a doula it is the perfect size for a birth bag- all those essentials like hot socks-aromatherapy etc! Many hugs and best of luck! |

Thanks guys....I have another apron to post later today and some jewelry...unique stuff that I made. Mima I am hiring you as my press agent. LOL. Kathy and Michelle.....I actually did stitch the heck out of the handles.....not quite Paul Bunyan style...but I'll remember you two if I get too busy!

See.. I really way over think things.. & go way over board on the thread & stiching.. I'm always so afraid I'll be such a brut & yank the handles off.. that i have WAY too many stiches on the thing & then it all starts to look hideous!! Yours .. see.. Just adorable.. Mine.. would turn out to be something Paul Bunyon would have to lug around!!!
