I made it from my great grandmother's kitchen curtains. It's not great, but I really like it. Apologies if you've seen it already!

Lovely apron. It really looks old fashioned and yet elegant enough to serve tea today. I can just picture you making something for a small ladies get together in it.

Katrina,
love your apron, especially that you made it from your grammy's curtains.

Eee, thanks for all the replies! :D

Aunt Jenny, I HAVE to have a bib- I'm too messy when cooking otherwise! (You have no idea how many stained shirts I have from before the apron, lol! :))

Katrina, you look refreshingly lovely!! I do love your apron and I can see that it makes you very happy. Isn't that what aprons are all about now adays? Your great grandmother would be very proud of you. I bet wearing that apron is almost like having your great grans arms wrapped around you!

Perfect. I have made aprons from curtains but usually just half-aprons. Yours is VERY nice. Marybeth
