We have the original and we love it! I got rid of my cell phone so now I just use the magic jack. I have the magic jack app on my iPod so if I find wifi I can use my magicjack on the road too!

I love my magic jacks! I have the original connected to the computer in my crafts room, and the new, no pc needed MJ in the living room. I bought a phone with an extension phone for my bedroom. No more ridiculous phone bills. And the out-of-country calls a very affordable. I love everything about Magic Jack, excellent quality, excellent service, excellent price!

I LOVE mine. I had the original one to start with but had alot of issues with it in regards to having to reboot the computer and manually restart the magic jack and reset it. I had a hard time getting a dial tone most of the time and was always contacting customer service to help me reset everything so I could make/receive calls. It was a real pain. Then I upgraded to the magicjack plus and I really love it. I don't have any of the problems like I did with the original one, I always have a dial tone!! The only thing that I don't like is that our local phone company did some upgrades to their network and now I can still call across the country for free but I have to buy international minutes to call somewhere less than 5 miles from my house!!! I checked with magicjack and the phone company about that and it is on the phone company, not magicjack so not much I can do about that. The call quality is fantastic and I love not having to pay for long distance calls, caller id, or voicemail. I think it is well worth the price and I also like the option of buying several years of service for one rate.
