Posted - Jan 22 2013 : 12:48:51 PM I remember harvesting mine when the season was starting to slow down. I have a friend with 100+ bushes, so she didn't mind. I would just tell you not to cutt all the leaves off of a stem.

Posted - Jan 10 2013 : 10:22:03 AM I made some red raspberry leaf tea two years ago, it went very well. I just picked the leaves from the vines that had produced berries that year.
I picked the leaves without stems, I recommend using scissors, then I placed them in my dehydrator and a few hours later I had dried tea leaves. Some of the bigger ones I cut up into strips.
Hope it helped. Good luck!

Posted - Jan 09 2013 : 10:52:54 AM i've thought about making my own tea but have never had any experience doing it. I would also be interested in any assistance from fellow farmgirls.
Thanks!
