http://makingsenseofthings.info/2010/12/how-to-make-brie-cheese-at-home/

I've been on the edge of jumping into cheese making for a while now, both my sweetie and I love our Brie, but sometimes it's just too costly for our meager budget! This looks easy enough to give me home that I won't botch it too badly Making homemade artisan cheeses adds a bit of luxury to your your happy homestead. I wanted to share the link in case some of you want to give it a try too!

Alicia, I want to see it grow mold too! =D I've tried my hand at a few different small batches of cheese so far and this just seems like it would be fun and hopefully tasty to try!

Thankx for the post! I've been trying my hand at making many different cheeses, perhaps brie will be on the list! My boys might like seeing it grow mold, hahaha.
