One of my favorite swaps from years ago-hosted by CeeJay I believe, was sending a postcard of your state to each farmgirl that signed up. It was a wonderful month of seeing our beautiful country with just a walk to my mailbox.
For this swap we will be sending one postcard of our state to each farmgirl that signs up. Please send me your address when you sign up and I will send a master list out to everyone at the end of the sign up period.
Sign-ups end July 10th and please mail out by July 31st.

Thanks for the tip Connie. I just looked on Amazon and they have some really great postcards for every state and very reasonable in price. Who knew?

Amazon has postcards from every state. I got mine in 2 days, they sell them in all size packages. I bought the 20 count. May have to order more!

I got lucky and found some post cards. The stores that I thought sold them didn’t sell them anymore. And t got lucky and found them in an another I never thought to look in before and they were cheaper there as well.

Would you please keep us posted as to how many are joining this swap? When you are not a tourist to your own state it is sometimes hard to find postcards. I may have to make smme of my own. LOL!

Lots of states represented so far. I'm originally from Illinois, but am in Texas now. We have a lot of Texas farmgirls, though no others have signed up here yet. I doubt I could find enough Illinois postcards to send.

I was born and raised in St. Louis Connie and the Arch is quite amazing. We have been up in it my hubby and son it is a quick ride if I remember right a very small space to be enclosed in for sure. I am so happy Lily June enjoyed her trip.

This is gonna be so much fun! and learning about other states for Lily June. She went to St.Louis a few weeeks ago with her other Gammy.She is fascinated with the arch! She wants to go back to ride in it. Her Gammy was too tall to ride. This Ganny Bear is too claustrophobic! I will not be riding!
! She and her Dad are goimg to Montanna next week.
Im waiting for Fall to hopefully take a short trip. Tooo hot for My MS right now.
