Ah....yes. Those April Showers bring May flowers, and gardens, and baby bird nests,
And soo much SPRING!!!! Create cards that say Spring.....
Sign up is now open .... Anyone can participate.
Cards can be bought, created, cut outs, dimensional..... paper craft, material, just CREATE!
Each person who signs up will make enough cards to send to everyone who enters by the deadline (APRIL 30th). I will send out the mailing addresses to every by May 1st.
New Signees will need to send me your full name and address.

Connie, I hope the flower seeds grow that you and Lily June planted. Thanks also for your
sweet quilt card I received today. I've always loved handmade quilts and owned a few from
my grandmother but never have I been brave enough to try and make one myself.
Marlene, thanks for your cheery "tulips" card with cute bow inside. Very much enjoyed the
"Springtime" poem you included inside it.
Thanks to Angela for the colorful "sweet friendship" card. I love the inspiration of "Dayspring"
cards. I hope you received my card as I sent it to the address on the list I received.
Also thanks to Nora. Loved your layered flowers card and "May" saying inside. Hope the
Cosmos flower seeds grow well for you. They are one of my favorite flowers too.

I’m at a quilt retreat this week. Ends in the morning. Had a good time. Of course, with Spring time in Texas we always worry about this Spring Whirlygigs. Happily, none to report with these recent storms. More rain next week. I’ll work on my cards soon.

Hey Ladies... gonna extend the sign up a bit...don’t want to lose this fun connection.
We’ve been In Southwest Central Texas this week with about 200 other campers. We had one nasty thunder stormy day with plenty of lightening....as have many of you in the South..followed by an absolutely beautiful week.
We have many daily activities: Camp for Adult Campers...soo fun.
We have had....Fiesta Night, Pot Luck, Catered Barbecue with LOTS of yummy desserts. Tomorrow we have a hamburger cook off and Sundaes. Followed by some awesome door prizes. Then sadly, we say good by on Sunday....
