![]() Our theme for the month of October is Halloween costume/characters! Examples would be a unicorn...good witch...jack-o-lantern...hero, etc. Any shape just true to an ATC size!! I'm so excited about this one! I've noticed so many adorable costumes around the stores that I thought it would be quite adventuresome! So, any type of medium you want to use AND SHAPE as long as the card is standard size of 2 1/2 by 3 1/2 heavy cardstock or prepared cardboard from cereal boxes and such. You may sew, paint, mix media, fiber, etc. for your trade. Make sure you sign the backs and title it and date it! Let's have FUN with HALLOWEEN!
Sign ups begin now through Oct. 15th. Parners posted 16th and mail out by Oct.25. As always we will assign ONE partner per ONE card but if you wish to make more it's up to you. :) Any questions just shoot them to me!! K?
Also if you are new to ATC's here is a brief description:
Artist Trading Cards (ATCs) is a conceptual art project initiated by the Swiss artist M. Vänçi Stirnemann in 1997. He called it a Collaborative Cultural Performance. Artist Trading Cards are 2 1#8260;2 by 3 1#8260;2 inches (64 mm × 89 mm) in size, the same format as modern trading cards (hockey cards or baseball cards). They are self-made unique works or small series, signed and dated on the reverse by the artist/producer, exchanged and collected by the people who participate in the collaborative performance.[1]
You can find a pattern online via google search and fit TEN ATC's on one piece of card stock. Or here is you can print it out.

Thanks Sherry for your great ATC (I love witches and this one is a real cutie!) and all the goodies! I now have a great collection of Halloween theme napkins! And tea too! A good thing I took a picture right after opening because there is no more candies left :)

Marilyn, I did have the tiny leaf, Idid not cut it down. I do not remember where I got them as I have had them awhile.

Look, look! My ATC arrived today...Halloween! It is from Debbie Fischer, and it is so cute, so is the card! She included a vintage hankie with my initial and a packet of tea. Thank you Debbie! I love it all.
Now tell me , did you find tiny Autumn leaves or did you have to cut one down? I looked for tiny ones, but never did see any.

Dianna, Hadley loves those MO is too. She was a hoot after seeing the first one a few years back. She would pull her pants up high, get into the old guys posture and walk around imitating his voice, with the comments he made to the kids. She had it down pat! We all laughed, and laughed. She was good!!! I only saw the first one, but it was funny.

Oh Connie!! So happy you got the package and enjoyed it! I giggled the entire time I was painting and creating the minions! I kept thinking this is so me on good days and me and bad days! Lol! I got the idea from the movie despicable me 2. Sara and I love them! Happy everyone enjoyed the swap! ALL the ATC's were incredible and fun! Loved the variety!

Love all the ATCS! I got mine from Dianna!! Loved the owl card!!! The wrap was so festive, I hated to open it!! I love Black Cats too!! The Pumpkin truffle candy was YUM!!! Even my Atc had it's own cute package!!  Double sided cutiest Halloween creatures! I can't wait to show Lily June! Thank you Dianna for a fun swap!! I hope you liked yours as well!

I love black cats so anything with black cats as long as its not bloody or gorey is so wonderful to see! Love the little stickman also!! So many talented ladies! Love these ATC's so much!!!
