Here we go, ready or not...AUTUMN, THANKSGIVING! Let's send cards of Thankfulness for November. What are you thankful for? If you choose to do so you could add small pictures of the things you are thankful for, or you could list a few. If you want just send a Thanksgiving card. If you have a favorite recipe or poem you might slip that in...make it fun for you. You are all so creative, I cannot wait to see what you create this time around.

Farm girl HUGS to each of you.

Beautiful cards from Lenora, Mary and Marilyn.
My dining room shelves look so nice with October's and November's cards.
My cards will be going out soon. I like to wait till the new month starts before sending them and I am still enjoying the wonderful cards from October.

Thanks Marilyn for your fantastic pop up fold out "thankful" card, I loved it! Also the
orange/black tea...smells so good.

Thanks also to Lenora for her creative felt pumpkin and feathers card with the pretty green
ribbon and things you are thankful for inside. Recipe looks delicious too.

Mary, your "Thankful For You" banner card is so sweet, I too am grateful for our Sisterhood
of Friends.

I made the pumpkin recipe for lunch on Sunday.Julie said it would win a pie contest if it was prepared in a pie pan. (Our local kitchen store used to sponsor a pie contest, and we entered. Julie won the big prize one year.) The pumpkin dessert was so good. Here is a funny. Hadlee always insists on making a pumpkin pie at Thanksgiving and Christmas. Sunday she told us pumpkin is not her favorite, but she makes sure to have one for her Bapa, and she eats one piece.

Today I put my cards in the mail. I hope they reach each of you...still in their envelopes. I put two stamps on each one because they were thick. I tried a new kind of card. I discovered it was more difficult than I thought. Please don't laugh too hard when you see them.

Nancy, just in case you check in, wondering why you have not received a list for this card exchange...I regret to say it is because I never received your information. You do not have an email address on your page. I contacted Brian and Meg, but they were unable to help. I looked on a map and found your town was in the path of hurricane Matthew. I hope you are safe. Perhaps you can join us for the December swap.

Marlene, yes Nancy was on the list. However I have not been able to get her to contact me. She does not list any info...No email, no snail mail address. I asked Brian, he could not help. I asked Meg, but have not had a response yet. Nancy lives on the Florida coast.
