Hi ladies! last year I participated in a pin/brooch swap where we swapped pins we made. It was 4th of July themed. It was such fun!
Anyone care to do a Spring/ Summer themed pin swap? Google Handmade Brooch for lots of ideas!
The brooch can be made with the materials of your choice; wood, crochet, fabric, etc...
Sign ups through May 5. Partners posted May 6. Ship on May 20. *** I hope everyone is ok with me pushing this out a few more days***

Alicia, thank you for the darling pin, I absolutely love it! I love anything with a "critter" theme and birds are among my favorites. And of course, your stitching is always so wondered, it's like thread painting on the brooch. Gorgeous! Thanks also for the other goodies, you are so sweet. I didn't know you painted! What talent!

I just received my package from Alicia.
The pin in in the middle. It is an appliqued piece of felt. I love this little birdie. The card is hand painted. The dishtowel is machine embroidered. Was this embroidered by you and a fancy machine? It is so lovely. The tea is wonderful. Perfect Peach is a favorite of mine. I love everything. Thank you Alicia.

Here is a very special brooch Sara sent me. Thank You Sara. Her Mom passed away and Sara made this brooch out of buttons that were her Mom's. It is displayed in my craft room. Each time I see it makes me smile that you shared something so special with me.

Alicia, Examine how the pieces are interlocked. Put a drop of glue on each side and slide it into place. I'm sorry that happened.

I HAVE to get batteries for my camera! I got my sweet mini bunting pin from Amy today!!! I promise I will get pictures soon!!
