It's time to sign up for September Mail Art

If this is your first time signing up for Mail Art, please visit the topic Farmgirl Mail Art under the Farmgirl Swap heading to read our guidelines. Then leave a comment on this post if you want to participate and I will contact you.

FOR SEPTEMBER, please leave a comment on this thread stating you'd like to participate. Sign-up is available through September 15th. If your comment appears after you've posted it, that means you're on the roster.

Marilyn (texas gram) has chosen Autumn for our theme this month. She says: My choice will be Autumn, cooler temps, coloring of leaves, natures bountiful harvest that includes apples and early pumpkins and of course chrysanthums.

I will send an email with your partner to you on September 16th. Please send your Mail Art before September 30.

A couple of things to keep in mind:
1. Traditionally, Mail Art has been "secret"; part of the fun is receiving a surprise package from a surprise partner. I would encourage you not to tell your partner who you are until a reasonable amount of time has passed for them to receive your art.
2. Please be sure to include enough postage for your Mail Art to reach its destination :)

If you have any questions or concerns, please send me an email. I'm always delighted to help.

Happy Swapping!

Kristine

Trish, did you receive the package I sent you. I mailed it October 2nd. So it has had 15 days to get there. If it did not make it I need to check with the postal service to see what went wrong. If you did not receive it I can send another one. Please let me know. Thank you.

I have found myself sharing my car with my granddaughter this week, and due to that I missed the Sept. 30 th mail out date. I actually made a post office run on the 30th, very early am but it was not open yet and I had to bring the car back to her so she could get to her college class on time. Anyway, I did mail mine yesterday 10/02/2015, about 1:00pm. Sooooooo...I will be checking in a couple of days to see if you received it, secret person.

Becky, thank you so much for the precious dried gourd and clover blossoms. I love them!!! They remind me of growing up on a farm...which I did. I put them on a table with other fall items and they look wonderful. Thank you for the tea as well.

Happy fall,
Portia
