It's time to sign up for June Mail Art
If this is your first time signing up for Mail Art, please visit the topic Farmgirl Mail Art under the Farmgirl Swap heading to read our guidelines. Then leave a comment on this post if you want to participate and I will contact you.
FOR JUNE, please leave a comment on this thread stating you'd like to participate. Sign-up is available through June 15th. If your comment appears after you've posted it, that means you're on the roster.
Peggy (prichmond09)has chosen Mary Jo (mjscanlan) to pick our theme and she has suggested we represent our home state in an artful way. Sounds super fun to me! And remember, you don't have to follow the theme if it's not right for you.
I will send an email with your partner to you on June 16th. Please send your Mail Art before June 30.
A couple of things to keep in mind:
1. Traditionally, Mail Art has been "secret"; part of the fun is receiving a surprise package from a surprise partner. I would encourage you not to tell your partner who you are until a reasonable amount of time has passed for them to receive your art.
2. Please be sure to include enough postage for your Mail Art to reach its destination :)

Erin, I LOVE LOVE LOVE my pocket letter! I recently did a little research on this cool trend and I have been contemplating getting involved; now I think I will Thank you so much for your thoughtfulness. I have no doubt I will find the perfect use in my art for all the little treasures stashed in the pockets, and I loved learning so much about you!

I am glad you received the Texas package. Stephenville is referred to as the Cowboy Capital of Texas. We have a lot of cowboys here, many have been to the national finals. My son loves team roping. He has quite a few horses. He trains them to sell to other ropers when he is not building homes for cowboys and their families. Now you see why you got that "stuff", enjoy.

I should get my art out by mid week next week----so hold tight :-) I'm getN over bronchial pneumonia.....so running slow--- but should make it on time by next week !!!
