For this swap you will create a homemade July Fourth Brooch. it can be made of clay, fabric, ceramic, wood, crochet...Just so it is
neatly and creatively done. It will need a pin back on the back of the brooch!
Please do your best work and please, if you sign up, follow thru with your swap!! It isn't fun to make a swap and then not have your partner answer!! thanks for understanding

Hey Beth, just wanted to let you know your beautiful brooch was a big hit yesterday. My daughter noticed it right away on my hat, but told me I should pin it on my handbag so people could see it better. Of course, she was right -- she's such a fashionista! Everyone loved it. I had to keep an eye on my BFF, she told me she was going to steal it when I wasn't looking! Thanks so very much again!

I'm sorry, I forgot to attach my photo. Also... the reason my photos are crazy is that my Kindle Fire that I use only has a One way camera, so I have to turn it upside down and guess and hope and try again. I have a phone camera, I just hate trying to "type"on it. I have an iPad that I use for etsy, but it is AGGRIVATING because it always wants a password for everything. I have another small tablet, but I actually only set it up for weather and one email account. I love my KindleFire. Maybe because I have used it the longest, but I do not like the camera.

When the mail came today I had two packages. RoDonna sent me a fourth of July Brooch. It is scoop cute, even my almost fifteen year old granddaughter said, " Oooohhhh that is so cute!" Thank you RoDonna.

I received my brooch from Alicia today - I love it. I'll post a pic a bit later and add it here. I love the embroidered dishtowel, the Sweet and Spicy tea bags, and the flag napkins she tucked in with the Americana brooch. The brooch is layers and layers of fabric "petals" with a red star in the center.

Beth, Beth Beth! I love my brooch! And I love the fact that you used so many different materials, including the pin from an estate sale! It's unbelievably artistic and creative and I'm going to sport it on my hat on July 4th at the picnic, band concert and fireworks. Also thank you for the darling "Liberty" soft decoration. Just my style. Here's a photo of the fabulous 4th brooch!
