Hey Girls,

We do so many fun swaps during the year, I thought we could do something a bit different...

God is so good to us and sometimes in the busyness of life, we don't always share with others what and how much He means to us...So...

In observance of the National Day of Prayer, which is Thursday, May 7th, I wanted to do a Meaningful Gift Exchange. This exchange does not require a lot of items. Only one or two meaningful gifts that shares your faith in God with others. Some gift ideas would be a prayer journal, small pocket Bible, a pretty mug with scripture on it, book markers, refrigerator magnets, etc. Anything goes as long as it is theme related. Additional items are optional but not required. We did this exchange a couple of years ago and it was well received by so many... Also, I would like each farm girl to share a handwritten note with her partner in this exchange, maybe sharing what your faith in God means to you or whatever is on your heart...

Signups end Friday, April 17th...
Partners posted by Sunday, April 19th...
Send out packages by Monday, April 27th...

Kristina... Got your package to day and it is totally awesome! Thank you.
The book mark journals (with book mark) will be perfect for message notes on Sunday morning...And I am excited about listening to the audio devotions with Priscilla. The Love the Lord bracelet is delightful.

I think that the best part is the book "Devotions from the Garden - Finding Peace and Rest..." by Miriam Drennan.

The book I sent you: Jesus Today by Sarah Young, is uplifting and encouraging (yes, got one for myself too).
Today when I opened the Garden Devotion book at random, I found the Lilies of the Field parable. It delivers such a sense of peace and joy. This was a special swap, and I am glad we were partners.

Thank you so much. (will try to post a picture soon.)
Mary

Mary - I apologize again for the delay in mailing your package. I got to the Post Office late on Saturday and they had already closed so your package went out early this morning.

I received my package on Saturday and I want to THANK YOU so much for the beautiful package. The gift box was a really neat idea as part of the gift - I'll have to remember that.... I'm currently reading Jesus Calling by Sarah Young, so Jesus Today is a perfect addition. I love to read, both books will be greatly enjoyed and loved. The magnetic bookmarks are so nice. The homemade card, angel pin and cross are wonderful.

THANK YOU SO MUCH - you really spoiled me.

Blessings,
Kristi

Wow! I was just amazed by the package I received from Amy. Thank you so much! It was so personalized and she doesn't even know me. I am just so very blessed by it ! I had such a difficult winter because a close friend I had kind of walked out of my life. Things like this are a reminder to me of how God won't ever leave me, and He knows me better than I know myself. I mean, everything was just so me. What a great swap idea! I am just so blessed.

God Bless,

I received my package from Jackie today. Thank you so much! I am so excited to start the "The Storm Inside" study. What I appreciated most, however, was the heartfelt note you included. I love hearing about everyone's journey, so thanks for telling me about it. :)
