Hi everyone, I am starting my first time as a host for a swap.
I am calling it the Traveling Craft Box of August Swap.
I will fill a medium flat Rate box with all kinds of craft goodies and any one who is interested can sign up and when the post closes I will send the box to the first one on the list and they can take what they want out of the box and fill it up with what they don't want anymore and send it to the next one on the list and each person will send it to the next person on the list until the list is finished and the last person can send it back to me.
I will make a list of all who sign up and when you get the box check the list and the next person on the list after you is the one who you will send it to, until all participants receive the box, after everyone has received the box the last name on the list will be mine.
If you have any more suggestions on how to do this please let me know how to make it a better swap.
I have all kinds of interesting craft goodies to put in it so it will be a surprise for sure.
So please sign up and we can get started.
I will close the sign ups on the 20th and send the box to the first person on the list by August 23.

I will do that .
Thanks I will post it as the Traveling box of Winter, How is that. and Close the Sign ups after Thanksgiving,. I am going to my daughters at Thanksgiving so I will close it on Dec 1. I will have some new things to put in there as well.

My idea:
Open up the sign up for one month or so. Then start sending it around again after Thanksgiving. I believe we should keep it going until the box is empty.

yahoo! I received the Traveling Craft Box today, What a love of nice things in there.
I sure enjoyed looking through it too!
Now do we all want to continue on or wait until after the Holidays to do it again or sooner?
Let me know what you want to do or we can leave it at this one. I enjoyed it thoroughly so I am good with either way.

Audra Rose is my little sister. She loves chocolate. When we were kids she always had money for candy and I didn't even though we received the same amount of allowance. She also love chai.

I counted them last night - 161 new skeins of DC in assorted colors including one of gold. Tempt me with goodies! I like everything except black licorice.

I mailed the craft box out this morning to Brenda in Jackson. It was so full that I couldn't add the embroidery floss!Guess I will put it in Barters.

I got the box yesterday (along with other packages, my husband was so jealous). It felt like Christmas! I'll be looking through my stuff and mailing in a day.

I received the craft goodies box today, made my selection (stencils and tiny templates); and, packed my contribution into the box! Who knew you could pack in so much STUFF!
