Well, here we are again with another fun swap for the cooler? weather that we are bound to have.

Here we go with the partners for the ATC block:
fille de ferme~~sweettea59 (both of you chose either fall or Halloween)
Beth~~Killarney (both Halloween)
Lady in Red~~Beverly (Lady chose both Fall and Halloween and Beverly chose Fall)
quiltin_kate~~mrssarahhall (kate chose either and sarah chose Halloween)
ptroupe~~mjscanlon (Portia chose Fall and MJ chose either)
Beth~~quiltee (Beth and quiltee both chose Fall and Halloween)

We made one of the these back in the spring and they were enjoyed!
For this you will need a 3x4 inch or there abouts block of wood.
This will become something like an ATC...
You will need to paint all sides and decorate the back and the front.
We also had one of these back during the spring and I was asked to do these again come fall, so here they are.
Now, Here is the hitch...You will need to put on the thread when you sign up if you want your block to be Halloween or strictly Fall. Please remember to include this info! You might be disappointed!!
Sign up ends Sept 5th
Send out no later than Sept 27th

Oh! Sherry, I thought that was the way it's supposed to be LOL. It's wrapped so nicely around the block. I think I'll leave it that way. It's looks real nice on my little stand :-) It's like the tree is alive ~~ BOOOOOO

Mary Jo, I was certain I had thanked you for the wonderful blocks you sent me but when I was browsing the site today, I could not find the thank you. Did I send it through your email? If not, I am SO SORRY!Both blocks were beautiful and I loved the spider bag! Everything is displayed on my table in the dining room. Again, please forgive me if I did not send you a thank you.

Madeline, It looks like the tree got a little smooched. Feel free to bend the branches back out and make it pretty. All tho it does look a little spooky that way. Loved the swap. Thanks

Thanks, Beth - I'm glad you like everything. It was my first ever ATC/Block and wasn't sure what to do. As you can see, my
"paper" is mostly fabric. Did the block arrive with no loose pieces? Thanks again for hosting the swap. It was a lot of fun. Now I am on to decorating the November Fan. Another new project for me.

Oh Linda, What a wonderful box I opened today. We have had such a busy weekend and I wanted to wait and open when I could enjoy all the pretties!! Your block is wonderful! I love it!! It will add such a nice addition to my foyer decorations. The candle smells good enough to eat and the envelopes will be used sparingly!! Hi Connie, I am so embarrassed!!!!!I received the most adorable block from you along with your ATC's and wrote out a message to you and then I forgot to hit the Submit Reply button so it did not post on this thread. I am so sorry!!! The block was so halloweeny and cute with a wooden pumpkin head on the top!! So cute!!! It is on my table in the foyer, Love it, And to you Linda, I received the box yesterday and have had workers in the house and will have them here today..messy!!!!so I am waiting till tomorrow to open my box.
The girls that did the Haunted House ATC's, be looking for them next week.,I will mail them out today, so cute!!! Again, I am sorry!! Got to get my camera fixed!!! so I can post photos. Although, I don't know if I would have enough sense to do it. LOL Hitting Submit Reply right now~~

I really enjoyed making it for you and hope you enjoy it.
I just noticed I took these pictures before I was completely
finished decorating your Block. LOL I had taken these and then
decided I wanted to make it even more layers so it had a 3D look.
And I guess I never took the finished Pictures. LOL
I just love the one you sent to me. It is my first
Fallish Stuff out on display so far. I have been hanging onto Summer...but I think I need to get over it and
move into Fall (since it is officially here) and get out all my Fall Decore.
