We are having so much fun making dishcloths, think about joining us!!
For those new farmgirls, we knit or crochet themed dishcloth in a holiday color or pattern or even shapes now, you girls are getting very creative!!
Sign up for August ....This month will be different, as it is time for us to actually make something for our swap partners kitchen. So we will sign up with enough time to contact your swap partner, find out about her kitchen, and make her a dishcloth that matches.
Sign Up until August 1. Partners Posted on August 2.
At that time you contact your partner with your address. Please try to do it as soon as possible.
Mailout will be no later than August 30.
So many cute patterns for free on Ravelry, google search or even all the yarn companys. Also a suggestion that was made early on and I will mention it again for our new farmgirl sisters and new to knitting and crocheting. Cotton based yarn is the best for dishcloths, acrylic doesnt work well with water etc. Cotton bamboo blends are good as well, just more expensive.
Requirement is one dischcloth per partner, goodies and kitchen tucks added at your will.Please read the above about asking partners about their kitchen, color themes etc. If you need more time let me know. SOrry this was late....had a weird health bump in the road. After lots of tests and run around it was nothing. But scary none the less.

ITS HERE !!! And I am in awe !!!! Totally speechless!! Mz Jessica, you have totally out done yourself. There are way tooo many lovely gifts in this box. Just look at what I found.  .jpg) They are just amazing, even my DD is in awe, and she wants to know what stitches you used....and yarns. I love the scarf, I can't wait for the weather to turn cool now! The towel and wash cloth and the doily are all just a perfect match for my Fiesta ware plates and now I have a coffee cup to match. I can't believe the coffee cup snuggy is your FIRST attempt at knitting....it is flawless. The soap smells so aromatic and I think I will just allow it to breath....all over the house! I love this tea, Lemon Zinger. I am having a cup right now. Oh, thank you so much for the wonderful assortment of fantastic items. You ROCK!!! PS I used one of your tissues to wipe away a big tear.

Diazy-- I emailed you! Your package is on it's way. Thank you so much for all the beautiful things! The dishcloths were BOTH beautiful and the yellow matched my dishes perfectly. I adore the cup and little tissues. I can't wait to try the teas. I will try and post a pic as soon as Hubby is home to help me. Technical difficulties with the camera.

I like to share with you all the lovely gift I received from my dishcloth partner Janelle. She matched my descriptions of colors beautifully and the cloths are so soft and squish-able. The soap is lovely, too!

Hay there. I'm finished and its taped shut and ready to send out to Mz Jesse (Sitnalta). So, Jesse, you can be on the look out for a small box. I hope you enjoy it.
Thanks for setting up this cool swap. I am much better at crocheting then when I started....anything wouold have been an improvement and I have much more improving to do but it was still fun.

Hay there, everyone.
Jesse I have your swap almost ready to mail and hope to drop it by the PO by Friday or Saturday. My daughter is a very, very good crocheter and thought the swap was a great idea and she whipped up a dish cloth for you also. Man, she makes me look awful!! Had hers done in a very short time AND it looks great. So you now have one to display when guest come and one to use and abuse. LOL. Hope all is well with everyone and Jesse you are forgiven ... we all get frustrated.

I wanted to share with all of you my wonderful package I received from Stephanie (StephMac). Stephanie is new to the farm and this was her very first swap, I was happy that I was her first swap partner, as we had fun and became fast friends. We are both from the Midwes, Stephanie from Illinois and I am originally from Missouri but living in Colorado now.
Thank you again Stephanie for such a wonderful swap and I hope we can be partners for others.

I mailed your dishcloth today and I hope you like it.
I also received your package and I love it!
The colors are so pretty. You are so talented and clever.
I could not even choose a favorite. The jar opener, so nifty, the towel
a perfect match and the crocheted magnet is adorable and of course the
dishcloth is so pretty. I love the colors. Thank you so much.
I will relax over the weekend with a cup of vanilla chai tea, thanks to you!

Yes we finally got together and we have given each other our mailing addresses. I have not had time to finish my dish cloth but hope to this weekend. All is well on my end .... I hope Jesse I not to mad at me and you. We both were away it seems and I am sure she got frustrated with us. Hope all is well now.

Did you two catch up? It sounded like Jessica is no longer interested, in being in the swap. Daisy if you still want to do the swap let me know. I was on a family vacation with kids and grandkids and decided after the way I have been working and my health scare I took my mail off my phone, since I have crap service up there and just had fun. Farmgirl mail arrived for me yesterday from Brenda! Whoop, the cutest apple dishcloth I have ever seen. Thank-you, thank-you for such a darling piece!!! There was also a lovely note and pretty vintage handkerchief. So much fun to get Farmgirl mail!!
