Lets all be not only decked out with boughs of holly for the holidays, but how about a new Christmas apron also. For this swap we will exchange Christmas aprons, must be holiday themed can be handmade by you or by one of our many talented farm girls or be a vintage Christmas apron you have in your collection. Aprons can be whole or half that will be up to you and your partner.

Sign ups will go through November 10th. Partners will be posted November 11th. Mail out will be November 30 so they can be received in time for the holiday baking I know all farm girls do.

Once partners are posted you will have 3 days to contact your partner, if you do not receive a response from your partner in that time you will be reassigned a new one. I know that seems harsh, but we had some who did not follow through with their part of the swap in the last apron swap, that is just not acceptable to me, nobody like to have their feelings hurt.

As with all my swaps, tucks are optional and totally up to the giver, and all farm girls are welcome, so if you would rather not ship internationally please let me know ahead of time.

I am going to post partners today as I have a really busy week girls, hope no one minds.

Diana, thank you so very much for the beautiful vintage apron from you collection, it is so pretty and I love it. Also for the candle, and the fabulous cookbook from Amana. I have actually been to the Amana Colony in Iowa, I had so much fun and enjoyed some wonderful German food, so I will treasure the cookbook.
I will post pictures for everyone to see later but wanted to let you know your package arrived.
Thank you again and Merry Christmas
Hugs,
Debbie

I sent Shannon an e-mail thanking her for my wonderful apron, but I have to show it to all of you. It's the perfect apron for me and I can't wait to put it on and make my cookies next week!!!

Aren't the cows just adorable!! Here's a close up so you can see them better. There's even one holding a cookie sheet with sugar cookies on it!

Thank you again Shannon for such a wonderful swap. It was well worth the wait! I do hope you can get everything taken care of and feel better real soon. Have a very Merry Christmas!!!

Julie,

THANK YOU for such a charming apron plus all the goodies! I've gotten the ingredients to make the Cherry Bing Bars - yum! We're supposed to get more snow Saturday so staying home and making goodies could be a good thing to do.

You'll notice in the photo I had to include the string that was tied around the very cute dish drying quilt (that my husband said is too nice to use - I agree!) because there is one member of our household who thought the string was the besets part of the package - our playful kitty! She carries it around, attacks it, adores it. It is a very busy string.

Now let's see what orientation my photo shows up in. One of these days it will be so screwed up it will show up in the post AFTER mine!

Thank you, again, Julie.

Julie,

I'm glad you like the apron - it certainly is bright and cheery! It is a little sassy, isn;t it? The pattern is simply named "Flirty Apron" : )

Merry Christmas season-

I got such a wonderful package from Joyce today. Thank you so much for such a beautiful Christmas apron Joyce! I absolutely love it and it fits perfectly! I wish I had the sewing gene, but it skipped me for sure. The Spode Christmas napkins, notepad, recipe cards and cupcake papers are great! I've never seen these before, and I love Spode! I have Spode Christmas glasses, a vase and a few other things, so you really must have ESP! The cookie cutter will be put to good use this season. The "hope" ornament went on my tree and the package decoration will be beautiful (I'll make sure the package stays in the family...LOL). The fabric is darling and I will come up with a project for it, I'm sure. Last, but not least, the hand stamped card you made me is just lovely...you are so talented! I just love everything, and so appreciate your thoughtfulness. I hope your package arrives soon!

Hugs, Tammy
