Hello To All My Mail Artists:
GUIDLINES FOR MAIL ART:
1. MAIL OUT DEADLINE: Is the 15th of every month.
2. RECEIPT DEADLINE: Is the 25th of each month.
If you have NOT received any mail art by this date please
email me right away.
3. YOU WILL SEND TO A DIFFERENT PERSON each month.
4. YOU WILL RECEIVE FROM A DIFFERENT PERSON each month.
5. I will email you by the first day of each month with the name and
address of the person you will SEND TO for that month. You will
need to respond to that email just to let me know that you got it.
6. SIGN UP IS PERPETUAL...meaning anyone can sign up at any time. If
the sign-up is after the email SEND TO information, that person
will be on the list for the NEXT months mail-out round.
7. You May Drop Out At Any Time...and for however long you wish to.
You can come back at anytime. Just send me an email stating that you
wish to DROP OUT or RENEW YOUR SIGN UP.
IF YOU FIND YOU NEED TO DROP OUT...PLEASE LET ME KNOW BEFORE I SEND THE EMAILS WITH THE SEND TO INFORMATION.

Mail Artists I just had to share with you what Mary Duffel sent me for Feb. Mail Art.
She did not have to do that but it so lifted my Spirits and she did a beautiful Job.
Thanks Mary it will be a cherished piece of Mail Art from a very Sweet and Committed
Mail Artist.
I hope you who loved Mail Art So Much Will Re-sign up with Megan and keep it going.

We received an email from Peggy Smith, our previous (recently resigned) volunteer Mail Art organizer and we are happy to say we will be bringing the coordination of Mail Art back home, to the farm! There seems to be a few misunderstandings that come with the territory but are familiar terrain for us! We're more than happy to answer any questions you may have.
We would like to officially move forward, starting with Mail Art Spring Edition in March! (Spring being the perfect time for renewal.) We'll post new guidelines shortly but until then, thank you so much for participating and we look forward to another fabulous year of Mail Art!

MAIL ARTISTS...JUST A REMINDER...IF YOU NEED TO DROP OUT OF MAIL ART FOR A MONTH OR TWO...OR
IF YOU WANT TO DROP OUT FOR GOOD...THEN YOU MUST NOTIFY ME BEFORE (NOT AFTER) THE MAIL ART
NAMES HAVE BEEN SENT TO YOU.
You must complete the Mail Art for the Month if you have already received a name....because
then that person will be without a piece of mail art for the month...and you will still have
received yours and that is JUST PLAIN WRONG!
So, please remember you are responsible for this month of Oct. if you have already received
your Mail Artists name...and you all have.
