Once a year we try to do a dishcloth swap that is a little more personal. So in April the swap will be kitchen color/theme. So when you sign up please include your Kitchen color and if you have a theme in your kitchen include that:
So if you have me it would be
Sage Green, Red, Yellow & Chickens
Have it stand out in your posting so your partner can find it easy.
One dishcloth per partner, you can knit or crochet or whatever handmade creative mode you have.
Sign Up until April 1 and mailout April 30

I see ALOT of new names on here and I just want to make sure everyone knows you have to MAKE the dishcloths. Usually this group knits or crochets but if you have other ideas, I am sure the rest of the group would be okay with it.
Okay ladies, only sign up if you have time to do this. Of course you are more than welcome to add little trinkets or recipes to your package, but that is up to you. Show some love to your farmgirl friends especially this month.

Diane, I got a second package last night! Really, you are too generous! Not only did you include two dishcloths, one diagonal garter stitch, and the other an interesting garter seed ridged stitch (would love the pattern for that) but also my absolute favorite scent in aromatherapy oils, lotions and foam bath, eucalyptus/spearmint (I made soap once with rosemary/eucalyptus/mint, the scent is SO refreshing.

Diane your package just arrived! Thank you I love it!! The dishcloths are too pretty to wash dishes, I think I will use them as pot holders, they will look so sweet hanging up. What a great surprise .... the flour sack. Flour sacks are among my favorite things, long ago I had a collection but they were lost in a fire. The lovely farm-girl pin is going to look perfect on my tote bag for all to see. Thanks again. You did an amazing job in spite of your broken finger, which makes it all so much more precious.

Thank you everyone for your thoughts and prayers. My dad is feeling better and he is the one being such a trooper taking care of my mom. They are doing home hospice care. My mom also has Alzeiheimers, so I dont know if that is helping with the pain...she sleeps alot and still wants watermelon and snacks. HA HA. My dad is still getting her out of bed and getting her dressed everyday. He is determined she is not going to lay in bed.
If anyone would like to send him a card with a funny note about who you are and what you do I think he would get a big kick out of getting mail.

Brenda,
I received my swaps today. (Brenda and I were swap partners for
2 different swaps at the same time!) Brenda is a very talented
and creative lady. I really like my new dishcloth and the tuckins
you included. It is a perfect color for my kitchen and some
pretty blue flowers are always welcome.
