One dishcloth per partner, you can knit or crochet or whatever creative mode you have.

Use Valentine Day Colors: Pink, White, Red,!!! Maybe its time to try a shaped heart cloth. Lots of free patterns on the internet.

Mail out on February 5th

Okay ladies, only sign up if you have time to do this. Of course you are more than welcome to add little trinkets or recipes to your package, but that is up to you. Show some love to your farmgirl friends.

Please contact your partner immediately and exchange addresses and then mail your washclothes!!

Thank you Heather for the beautiful Valentine dishcloth, cute pincushion with thread holders, candy, seeds and a sweet note. What a great package on a snowy day!

I got a cute little crocheted washcloth with a heart pattern in the perfect country/antique red color yesterday from Sherry. It was her first swap. I'd say she did a grand job! Thank you Sherry!!! I hope you received your package too :)

Diane,

I am glad you like the dishcloth and chocolate I sent. I received your dishcloth and other goodies late yesterday. You were way too good to me. The dishcloth is a pretty design. I always love vintage hankies, they are so sweet and the calendar, I have been looking at similar ones, but never bought. I saved the best for last, the feed bag. Love, love, love that. I had been wanting one, but never saw them. So I am thrilled!!! You outdid yourself. Thank you for a wonderful trade.

Deborah -

I added the heart to the second dishcloth, too. My cousin got one for Christmas and she and I said - "We can do that!" Then, when I went to WalMart the second time to get more dishcloths, I saw they were now selling them (but not with hearts!). LOL!

Darlene,

Guess I could have said it better. Glad you liked it anyway. Hey, I got your package yesterday. Love it. My favorite colors are pinks, purples, and reds. The Card is adorable and the confetti was a nice surprise. You made my day a little brighter.

HI Nancy, I am happy to hear that you are enjoying your swap goodies! I used Mary Jane's crocheted dishcloth pattern from her Ideas book using two weights of cotton yarn crocheted together. The cotton is perfect for laundering and hopefully being both practical and pretty at the same time.

Well, Brenda. . .just smack me silly and call the cows home!

I re-read your note that said "I just started knitting and this is what I came up with". That's even more impressive! That means you didn't have a pattern to go by??! I thought you meant you just started knitting, as in just learned how!

You know, sometimes I think if I had a brain I'd just take it out and play with it.

I still love it!

Darlene, Some how a mistake was made. I've been knitting for 50 years. No way could I have done that as a beginner. Glad you liked it.
