Hi!! Girls, Can you believe it is the middle of October??? Last year by this time, I had the Stuffed Stocking Swap up and going, so let's try it again....There has been some interest in it again so here we go!!

Stuffed Stocking Swap:
When you sign up put 6 things you like to collect, your favorite colors, scents, etc, to help your partner find just the right thing for you to stuff your stocking..
You will make your partner or purchase your partner a Christmas stocking and fill to the brim with all wonderful things. The stocking can be like one of the red velvet ones and you decorate the top with something wonderful or you can make your own from scratch. It is senders choice!! Each gift included in the stocking will need to be wrapped so the anticipation will be at it's highest!! Gifts can be handmade or all store bought or a mix of both! Farmgirls are really easy to please, just nicely thought out purchases and loving thoughts as you wrap your pretties will go a long way.
So start thinking...The size of the stocking should be no smaller that 12 inches and as large as you like..No set number of gifts...just a swap nicely done and gifts that you would choose for yourself!
Sign up day ends November 12th**************Send out no later that December 10!!
Start now...No last minute doings here and by all means if you cannot follow thru or if something comes up please bow out of the swap before partners are assigned...If you are assigned partners and cannot follow thru, contact your partner, then me and your swap will be fulfilled. Saying this, I cannot angel more than one failed swap.....so I know you girls will do your best!! Right? Right!!!!!
Have fun...There are a lot of bazaars and craft fairs out there....Good ideas for this swap!!

I got the nicest things in my stocking from Debbie Sue, and the stocking was so neat. I opened it up last night when I returned from my trip to Washington.
She sent me a really beautiful stocking and it is re felt and red velveteen on the front with a pretty holly design on it.
In it were a pair of snow men salt and pepper shakers, really cute, a Betty Crocker Country Holidays cookbook, a really nice thick hand crocheted pot holder, in dark brown,light brown and a light blue. and it is round with scallops, a nice olive green phoyo album that ties of which I am going to put my grandbabies pictures in, thankyou Debbie Sue, a package of Garden Perennial flowers of 10 different flowers to plant in the spring, a package of green bean seeds, A purple flower ring watch by Avon, and a red rose bag that held Nivea Lotion, a box of paper clips, always needed, a spotted bag that held a candy bar, called The Gold Bar, a little sewing kit purse and a pack of Extra long lasting spearmint gum, and oh yes some beautiful blue sparkling earrings.

I Made It!!! I did not open your stocking till Christmas day! What an exercise in
self controll. Thank you for the wonderful gifts. The soap smells heavenly and so does the coffee. I am looking forward to enjoying it after everything settles down in a few days. One question? Did you make the washcloth with the cardinal? It is so cute. Thank you for such a wonderful swap. I am glad you enjoyed what I sent you.

Yes I receive your wonderful stocking Christmas Eve so I waited till Christmas morning to open it. I was so excited to have so many wonderful goodies I will try to post pictures for all to see just how filled my stocking was with so so many fun things. I am so glad you enjoyed all of your goodies. Jenne~~ You absolutely outdid yourself! All I can say is WOW!!! So many goodies and farmgirl treasures packed into a box. It was so much fun opening it all up this morning and my grown girls were all into what Farmgirl mail was bringing their Mom! Thank-you so very much for such a wonderful treat and I will absolutely enjoy every single item. I hope your Christmas Day has been perfect for you in every way and enjoy the rest of the week. I will be enjoying some of my mornings on vacation this week with some of those wonderful Godiva flavored coffees in my new adorable mug.
Farmgirl mail and swaps are about the best fun there is! Thank you Jenne for making my day!!

The first two pictures are of the stocking that Sherry sent to my now spoiled beyond words, hubby AKA "Big Buzz." Ladies, Big Buzz was like a kid at Christmas! I wish all of you and especially you Sherry could have seen the look on his face, when he realized the first stocking out of the box was for him. He was so surprised. Here is all of the goodies that were in his stocking, Candy (which he devoured in a record breaking time of 30 seconds or less.) Lighted Screwdriver, A puzzle called "Yank." A magnetic sculpture which promises to keep Big Buzz busy while I am on the computer with my farmsisters. Work Gloves, which he really needed. Four Popcorn Forks which are really cool. His very own Big Buzz toy figurine that wiggles and moves when you press the bottom. In the front pocket he has a red bandana.
Just FYI.. Big Buzz is looking over my shoulder as I type this. 
Ooops! I almost forgot, he wants everyone to check out the big letter
"b" on his stocking. He said to tell all of you it stands for "Brother Big Buzz" Please; someone, anyone, come and get him. LOL!
Now check out my gorgeous stocking..Sherry how did you pack so much in that one sock? Amazing!
I received Popcorn, which "Big Buzz" has already opened. (Go figure)
Ghirardelli Peppermint Bark Candy. Yum ! A box of assorted teas which I will enjoy, Beautiful notepad, Burt's Bees Body Lotion, Nail Filing Block, Natural Shea Butter and Oatmeal Soap. Big Buzz thought it was candy. Should have let him taken a bite. LOL! (Just kidding.)
A beautiful little pink with white polka dots tea bag holder. A humongus roll of ribbon with bee's on it. and a package of bright yellow ribbon with little bees on it. Sweet! People Towel that has honeycomb shapes on it. This is the neatest little towel. On the bottom of the towel it reads.."Bee sweet..Bring your own towel." A little mini book titled "The secrets of JOY! A candle that I wish you could smell.."Lavender and Peppermint" (Heavenly)
And of course.. check out the beautiful stocking. I tried to get a close up shot of the gorgeous charms hanging off to the side of it. Hope all of you can see the little bee. Sweet! Sweet!
Sherry thank you, thank you. Truth is, you have spoiled "Brother Big Buzz" and I to the max!
My favorite gift is you dear farmsister. You are such a kind, thoughtful, and caring person. Love you bunches!

Debbie, I received my package too. And I don't know were to begin you did way to much for me. My daughter and grandaughter were here when I opened it and all I can say is WoW Wow Wow, you are the one who did way to much. Girls the Stocking was stuffed full and then the box too. I will post pictures later today, just wanted to let you know that I got it and Thank you so much for all my goodies. I just don't know weather to open now or wait till Christmas. But my grandaughter already helped with a few of them. Debbie thank you. Merry Christmas

Big Buzz and I returned home late Tuesday night. After breakfast this
morning we opened up your box. I wish you could have been here when hubby saw that you had his name on the box. He kept telling me to hurry and open it.. he knew there would have to be candy in it for him. (Big Kid). LOL! Imagine our surprise when we found not one beautiful stocking, but two of them. One for Big Buzz and one for me

I recieved my stocking from Debbie Sue and took pictures but will have to put them up later when my computer works. I got an email from Debbie Sue and she got my stocking to her also. I love this swap. It is so fun.

Lesley, I received your wonderful farmgirl package yesterday. I just had to open it right away both my girls and I could not wait. She made the most wonderful stocking it is just beautiful. And inside were the best gifts I could have asked anyone for. Two handmade pot glove/holders made with the cutest bell pepper fabric I LOVE it. Then a wonderful Handmade Christmas quilt hanger. Yummy lavendar fields candle. The cutest wooden dish lined with a vintage linen napkin, filled with yummy lemongrass soap and a Burts Bees lip balm. Two handmade pillow cases that are too darling, can not wait to use them. Organic Northwest Blackberry tea. I just love it all, and feel so blessed to have had such a generous farmgirl partner for this trade.

Finally, photos of my wonderful, wonderful treasures from Connie. I can't even fit them all into one post! First the adorable stocking made by Connie. It is red, like a jester stocking with bells and all kinds of glittery stars all over it. There were so many treasures inside...beautiful vintage Christmas ornaments, gorgeous vintage brooch, cute cute cute pincushion, tons of candy, soaps that look so realistic I had to lick the peppermint stick, santa treasure from Connie's Aunt Maddie, vintage Christmas house for my collection, tea towel, rose soap, lots of jewelry for crafting, tons of great vintage Christmas cards, little wreath selling figures from Dept. 56, and so much more....well, you'll just have to look for yourselves!

Ok ladies, say what you want...but I really did get the best stocking ever. Connie totally outdid herself and I am still sitting here in disbelief (and eating truffles).
