We are all sisters but we all come from different areas of the country.
For this swap purchase something is that made locally in your hometown or area (I am from Buffalo, NY I could choose to send a bottle of the Anchors Bar Chicken Wing Sauce, this is the birthplace of the chicken wing!) that is just an example, or if you make your own jams, canning veggies, soaps etc you could send that to your designated partner!
To sign up email me your name, address and email address. I will randomly pick out partners and send you your partner info.
So put your thinking caps on and sign up by Aug 21, I will then assign the partners and send out your local gift by Sept. 7.
This does not have to be expensive at all, buy something small, say under ten dollars. When you send out your hometown/homemade goods tell a little about the background of them!

For those of you ladies that have signed up for the local swap #2; I know that very soon your trades will be pouring in. So, in this farmgirl swap section I have put a new thread titled "Local Swap #2 trades received! Come See! Please when you receive your local goody box from your partner, please post and take a picture if you can of the goodies that you have received from your partner. This shows all what you have received and also lets your partner know that you have received her gift! Thanks!
