Hey Farmgirls...it has been a long time since we have done a
Photo Swap...are you game? It is always nice to put a face with
a name. 
Sign-Ups will start today August 7th and go Through Sept. 7th.
After you sign up...email me your Full Name/and Farmgirl Name
along with your address.
Then have hubby or someone take a current picture of you
(we don't want to know what you looked like 5 yrs ago *giggle*
so make it a current photo please)...and then have copies made.
I always recommend Vista Print for online ordering. They
are inexpensive and do a quick turn-around. I usually order 100
at a time because you can always use them in Christmas cards or just
to tuck into Farmgirl Swap boxes. I have even used them for Mail
Art also.
Last time we did this...I started a Farmgirl Scrapbook and
I will just add onto it this go around.
You might want to buy a Photo Book or Scrap
Book in advance and some stamps for mailing.

Hi Girls,what a fun swap this has been. Thank you for the lovely compliments on my coop & artwork. my hubby really did out do him self on the coop. I thought about using it as a little craft cottage if the chickens don't work out but I hope it doesn't come to that.
I'm truley sorry for the silence during this swap, I really did love getting all the beautiful faces and fun extras. I get kinda over whelmed sometimes when I start feeling like I'm getting close to people and I always back away and dissappear. (It explains why I don't have any close friends ) But I just wanted to say thanks and I had a really fun time. I hope you all had a great Thanksgiving, have a Merry Christmas and a Happy, Healthy New Year!

Hi, "Catherine L.". I received your picture, note and recipe! The photo is lovely! (You don't look like "ol lady Pearson" Ha Ha) One of my last jobs was a a para at the high school in Special Ed. English and FCS. Loved being around those kids. I also worked at the County Extension Office! Good luck with your application! I wonder what position you applied for? Thanks, also, for the recipe. I will put your name on it, so I'll know where it came from. It sounds simple doesn't it.

Cathy,
I received your lovely photo yesterday. I have my fingers crossed for you and that new job. It is a shame that so many good teachers are 'burned' out from teaching, I have friends and family members in the same situation. Thank you for the recipe. I enjoy cooking old recipes. I have several that are tried and true.

Ladies...if you have not received from one of our Photo Swap Sisters...it might have gotten
lost in the mail. Please do as CJ has done and contact them individually at this point.
I tried to contact people I knew who were late mailing out and they have responded by getting
theirs in the mail.

Shelly, you are certainly a busy lady. It is nice (sometimes) when we work along side with our husbands. I don't know how you do all that you do. Young age certainly helps. You too, are a lovely lady.

I too got one last card last week...from Liz in CT...thank you so much Liz for the lovely photo, the beautiful hand drawn card and recipe cards! Everything was so sweet...hope you made it through Hurricane Sandy safely!

I hope every one is receiving those last few pictures you needed to complete the swap.
I have enjoyed so much getting to know you or getting to know a little more about you.
And it is fabulous to connect those names and faces.
I know that no one really just LOVES getting their picture taken...but I think it sure has
made for a lot of fun. Hopefully...we can do it again next year. And it is open for anyone
