1. You must email your partner and exchange names & addresses by April 12th. Mail out deadline is April 30th.
2.Body of doll should be 3”-5” (not counting the loop on top of head or beads hanging below).
3. Doll can be made from, and decorated with, any materials. (fabric, felt, beads, etc)
4. If you need ideas, do a google images search or see tutorials on youtube.

Beverley, I received your Dottee doll yesterday! Thank you, so much for such a cheerful, sunny doll! Lots of beads and sequins and appliqued flowers. Her mouth is actually a light pink heart shaped sequin. So creative, Beverley! Does she have a name? Thanks, also for the great stickers (such hopeful words), pretty handkerchief, and little book of blessings! How thoughtful! And, thank you for taking the time to include a note when you are so busy!
I hope your little puppy is gaining some weight. Wow, I can't imagine having a house full of puppies!

Hi judith,
yes the one she sent me is just the cutest little country gal. My GD just loves horses and being a cowgirl so every time I look at it it reminds me of her. I just think she is the cutest. My dog had her puppies a week ago and there is one that is not gaining weight like she should so I am bottle feeding her and it is every 2-4 hours so I am kinda sleep deprived right now so I am kinda slow at getting everything done so sorry I did not mail yours till today. I hope you like it and say a little prayer for my little pup that she starts to gain weight.

I recieved my little bundle of pink. I will take a picture and post it here in a bit. Mailing mine out today.
Mailed mine out yesterday. Shouldn't be too long. Now to figure out how to post a pic.

Oh I am glad you got your Dotee and liked it. I was a bit concerned it didn't fit Dotees, but I had fun with it...

Darlene, I got your sweet little Easter Bunny Dotie! What fun! The face is so realistic, and she really does look like she has on Easter Finery. Thank you so much. The pencil is interesting, who would realize you could make something like wood out of paper? Just goes to show how much we can recycle if we try! Thanks!

I received my Dotee doll in the mail this week from BrightMeadow. It is so cute it is shaped like a little pillow with a face on it that reminds me of the sun above a meadow of flowers, which have been embroiderd on the material. But this sun has the cutist hairdo, it kind of looks like ringlets. I wish I could show you but I can't. I love it and it will go up on my wall with my other Dotees. I am figuring out my next one.

Thanks for the encouragement ladies. You are right..it's an on-going love affair as you are working on it. This country girl is Suzanne. (That's what I almost named my daughter.) She loves the SW, and dreams of living in New Mexico. So she is wearing sunny colors and turquoise. She has her western hat decorated with a little red rose right on the front. Under the back of her skirt is a tag that reads (in Japanese) "made with love". One of her shoulders is larger on purpose. Its made to lean on.

Hi Maddie...no, I can fix some wings for her. Just tried to make a cute story up about how
her box got so crushed (you had her very well packed, because everything inside the box
was in perfect condition). Wasn't trying to make you feel bad about the wings, you had already
explained all that to me...I was just being silly. I really love her...she is so cute!
Judith...you did a very good job on your first Dotee! You should be proud of her. I was very proud
of my first one! They take on a life of their own as you create them dont they? You must name
her though. The creater usually has the best name for them.

Hi Judith :) Well now isn't that Dotee of yours a cutie & your first. It looks like she is posing, just for her close up :) You did a great job :) Isn't it exciting when you finished her & think MY GOSH I MADE THAT ! Yipeee !!! I know I was thrilled when I made my first Dotee, he is Roy Ray the Rodeo Clown. I see you added earrings :) I do that too on the girl dolls. Did you give her a name or is Beverley naming her ?

Hi Peggy :) I was on a road trip, just got back. Glad Florrie Jolie made it to you. I was a little worried about using that box, for shipping. I could not find one that would fit her packaging she came in. I am just glad she made it. I used extra packaging tape, that probably saved her from being crushed ;) I can whip you up some wings, like I told you I forgot all about them & remembered after she was in that box LOL. Let me know & I will put them together & send them along ;) My DH will pick up the mail on Monday, I am sure your Maddie is there waiting for me :) I will let you know as soon as I have her in my possession ;)

Maddie...look who flew in today! About 3 days late and a little beat up from her Postal Adventure!
This is "Florrie"/flower "Jolie"/pretty. She is a darling Flower Fairy. Minus her wings.
She is so C.U.T.E.!!!! And Such a Great addition to my Dotee Doll Board!!! She has beautiful old antique
flowers on her front and back, and the sweetest ever face!!! I must find her some wings
however...that is probably why her postal package looked so beat-up...because she kept crashing trying
to fly all the way here with no wings. LOL
Thanks Maddie I was thrilled with her. Let me know when "Maddie The Mermaid" arrives on your door step.
