I would like to host an Altered Birdhouse Swap.The wooden birdhouses can be purchased at JoAnn's, Michael's, etc. If you google altered birdhouses, you will find some great ideas. Sign-up would be by March 30th with the mail-out no later than April 30th. A month should give everyone plenty of time to decorate to their heart's content! You can decorate it for use inside or out---just be sure to let your swap partner know if yours is intended for indoor or outdoor use. Sign up here. On March 30th, I will list the partners, and then everyone will be responsible for contacting their individual partner.

Deanna,
I received my bird house yesterday and it hangs proudly in my craft area. The kids and I think it is a great addition to the room (right next to our feeder and where the cat sleeps to watch the squirrels eat), we love it!!!!!! Thank you (-:

Okay, ladies. I see we are getting more people; that's great!!! Welcome again, Roe, and our new people: Bertha, Jessie Lynn, Kris, Deanna, and Cynthia.
It was great to meet you yesterday, too, Cynthia. For those of you who are wondering how we met yesterday, here's the answer: we are in the same Sisterhood chapter, the Bing-HEN-ton Chicks (Binghamton, NY). We have a ball!!!
The small birdhouses are more like tree ornament size. Those are NOT the ones. The ones we are altering are much bigger---regular birdhouse size--from Michael's, Joann's, A.C. Moore Craft stores, etc.
