Received my block from Cherise, it's beautiful, but all her blocks are just
wonderful, how long have you been quilting? And thank you for the fat quarters.
And I just love those sweet little kittys up in the corner of the block. |

Dear Cherise,
Your wonderful package arrived today and I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart. You have such a great sense of color and your paper piecing was lovely. Thank you also for the extra fabric you sent to me. I hope to use it in an upcoming swap. Wouldn't be fun to have a fabric exchange swap? I'm sure we all have something we would love to share with someone else. I have never hosted a swap before and am afraid I would not do it correctly, but it would be fun. Again, all my thanks.

Joan I love the block that you made. Keep on sewing!!! Your block should be in the mail by wednesday. Hopefully I will make it there before they close. Quilting is very addictive. But no matter where you go quilters share a secret sisterhood...... Am I right ladies? Or am I right!!!

Just received your block and I LOVE IT! You were so thoughtful to also send 4 fat quarters to start a stash pile for my new
fun time hobby of quilting. Funny huh? One block and now I am hooked. The handmade card you sent is adorable.

I will have my two blocks finished and ready for the mail by Monday. What fun I am having with them as I am fairly new to quilting. Actually really new. I mean really, really new. Not to worry though, I would not sent something that I did not think was up to par.
Is there going to be a March block? I already purchased shamrock fabric and chose a pattern.

Jonesy you may join us if you like, We would love to have you..... the blocks are 12" finished or 12 1/2" unfinished. This month the theme is hearts. You may have one or two partners - your choice. I think that we are an easy going group of girls. Simple or fancy blocks your choice. I will put you down for one partner now. Just post if you would like two. Thanks!
