It is a pendant or ornament, the spoon handle is bent and the front piece is "fabricated" to the flattened spoon bowl. I told Maddie I plan to hang it with some angels in my bathroom . . I just took out my bathroon Christmas decorations and did some redecorating. For me, angels are not just for Christmas. . . they are around me ALL the time! It's BEAUTIFUL Maddie! THANK YOU!
