You've probably heard me talk about how much I love to have tea parties. Well, there has been so much going on in my life that I have no time to do one. So, I thought why not have a tea party gift exchange with my farm girl friends!
Here's how to sign up! As someone else said: "A good way to chase away the winter blues"!
1. Send me a message from the website (here) saying you want to join the tea party gift exchange. Or to sunshinefarmgirlcoop@gmail.com Put tea party gift exchange in the subject line!
2. Send me your address with your forum name.
3. Buy a tea cup (versatile pattern-year round) and the tea of your choice and any goodies you think are tea related.
4. I'll match you up with another member of the co-op and send you their address.
5. Mail out your tea party gift January 15th!
6. Post on the blog that you are joining in the fun so all can get excited!
7. Sign-up ends December 30th!
8. To make this more fun I've added a blog hop to my Tea Party post on my blog. If you'd like to add your blog link, I'll follow you!
Let's make this a yearly tradition!! I look forward to hearing from you all soon!

I must admit, I have been spoiled. I received another package from a secret sister that was so unexpected that at first, I didn't even look at the box. Let me explain, my brother is forever ordering stuff and having it delivered at my home. That's what happens when your family lives in Canada! ;o) Seems like every day there is a box for him. So, when I saw the box on the front porch, I thought nothing of it. I went about being entertained by my girls (chickens). It wasn't until DH brings the box in the house and yells "it's for you?". Totally shocked and wondering I said "really?" Well, what a surprise!
Another package from a total stranger. I was now in tears! Two wonderful sisters from this group sent me a surprise. Thank you so much. You are the bestest! Thank you!
Off to plot a strategy! ;o)

I'm so glad you enjoyed doing this swap with me Vera. I think this too was my favorite swap I've ever done on the forum too.

I've been collecting teapots and teacups since this swap. I've been collecting tea pots for years and cups too. I've been collecting other things and look forward to another swap. This is my favorite swap. I hope a lot of other people will join. Count me in again, for the next swap.

Just popping in for a few seconds as I am just on my way out! It's been a very very busy week/weekend for me. However, I am just in awe at the moment, on the verge of tearing - I am tearing! lol Thank you to an annonymous farm sister and to MJF. You are the bestest. I am so glad you liked your teaparty things! I really had a good time finding everything. I really love the beautiful teacup and saucer you sent to me I have it on my counter to display. I love the tea you sent also and have used the calming ones recently so thank you so much again for them.

Thanks, Patricia, for my tea set goodies. They arrived yesterday. Such a pretty cup and doily. Did you crotchet the edge? I love to read, so the inspirational book and bookmark are perfect. I am looking forward to drinking my tea and reading!

I got my gift from Carole (ceridwen) and it just made my week :) I have been sick and the tea was so nice to have and it's very good tea too. The tea cup is something I would have got myself and I'm in the love with the little tea pot tea bag holder. thank you so much! <3

Some of the fun times from my tea party yesterday! I forgot to get a group picture!:( Being the perfect hostess means hiring a dedicated picture taker!lol I just can't do it all! We had a great time. Played tea party bingo, and a little bit of history game about Tussie Mussie! It was a blast!
