Here's the deal: make one standard size clothespin for each participant, send them to me with postage, I will find out how much the next time I go to the post office. I will mail 10 different clothespins back to you.

No more than 10 participants. If you live out of the US, you must figure your postage before you send. Sign ups will end when we have 10 people that want to play. Get them in the mail no later than January 8th. I know it's a ling way out, but I don't want many December deadlines.

$1.88 for postage. I will be taking them into the post office, so a buck and change works just as well as a stamp, if you're a mail from home type, and don't have stamps.

I have received from:
Teresa
Beth
Madeline
Marilyn
Natalie
Debbie

I received my wonderful pins on Saturday. I have not been able to get on my computer---internet provider issues--until now to thank everyone. They are all so unique and beautiful. Some had the creator's name on the back and some did not, so to EVERYONE, thank you, thank you, thank you. I clipped them to the top of a single window blind in my kitchen. They make the most adorable valance. I plan to take them to my next MJF meeting to show everyone, too.

A special thanks to Trish for hosting this. I noticed I owed you 12 cents for postage. I will be glad to send it to you. Please re-send me your address. Thanks again!

Thank you, Trish, for remaking some. Please let me know if I can repay you if mine were messed up. What an undertaking and how kind of you to fix then. Looking forward to getting mine.

I sent them out yesterday!
I'll never say who. I just wanted everyone to know, because it made me aware of my own adhesives.

I also used Aleene's tacky glue and I hope they stayed together!?

Hi Trish :) I sent you an email asking, if mine had to be fixed. I hope not because I used Aleene's Original tacky glue, like Beth suggested :(

It's bad adhesive. I believe this is why Beth Jones stresses Ailene's/good adhesive. It's what makes me wonder how some of my projects arrived.
It's ok about fixing them, it's just hard because I am trying a new thing with my son and my craft room. I can no longer go into hibernation when DH is home to do crafts. I have let Owen in, he's 4.. I always try to give him the benefit of the doubt. He is a very gentle boy, but he is just like me, a crow, blinded by shiny things. We are working on what are ok to touch, and what are mom's things.

So, I can't really do the clothespins with him because they are too valuable and interesting.

Oh good :) I was just worried they had been lost (wouldn't be the first package that's gone AWOL in the last year w/USPS). I didn't mean to pressure you. Your safety is much more important than clothespins! Don't stress :)

That's strange that so many broke... Sorry you had to fix them in your free time :(

Actually, they are going out today. I am usually only able to get to the post office on Fridays. For the last two weeks, DH has had to work SO MUCH, because all of his crew are allergic to snow. He promised, promised to come home in time to run to the post.
Also,
I have had to repair four sets, Which has taken some time, because that time has to be kid free. It makes me wonder how many of my swaps made it ok ?!?

Hey Trish, Did these go out yet? I know your roads must be scary right now. I just want to make sure that mine didn't get lost in the mail. That would be a downer.

Hi Trish :) I seen on the Weather Channel, just what a skating rink you all have & I know I speak for everyone here. There is no hurry to mail out. You take care & do not get yourself hurt, trying to venture out.

I received all of the clothespins. I usually mail on Fridays, but I might have to make trip in on Monday to get them out, if it is too icy. Western Washington is a skating rink for cars.
