Thanks to all the farmgirls who contributed to the little ATC project we had going :) the last of the pieces arrived today :) I didn't have all your email addys/usernames on your packages to email individually but you know who you are - you are very talented farmgirls to say the least!! thanks so much again and watch for a pic after it arrives at it's destination :)

How can I ever thank you all...I am still amazed at all the talent!! I called my daughter and told her about it. She was thrilled also....I've been a little under the weather, so this has so brightened my day, my year!!! We will have more to do with the new year, so be thinking of all the different kinds of ATC's you want to do. I am humbled, a mere "lady in waiting" for all the ATC's to come!!!!! Seriously, where would we all be without the wonderful ATC swaps? Beth you are a doll for all you do and you deserve a crown. But I was AMAZED at what a great job Sissy did on it. Farmgirl talent and love knows no bounds!! I feel honored to be a mere jester in the royal court LOL

OH MY GOODNESS!!!!!! I cannot believe what I received!!!!!! I have always wanted a tiara, but I got a crown!!!! I had my 2 grandbabies over the weekend, a 2 year old and a 4 month old, so I just now had recouperated enough to tend to the mail!! What a precious and wonderful gift.....I cannot believe it....Everything is just so beautiful and all the atc's are just wonderful...I am overwhelmed and humbled by what all of you did for me. You have made my year!!!! It is so much fun hosting the swaps and that is my treat, but this is just over the top....My, oh my... what precious girls you are. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!I will never forget this special, lovely, treasure...You know I will have to have a special chest to store it in and royal princes to stand watch!! Queen Elizabeth just needs to move her stuff out of the throne room so I can put mine there!! Mine is more precious anyway!!!!! Again, thank you so very much and much love to each and every one of you that made me a queen....You all are special!!! Love always, Queen Beth

Tuesday evening, no Queen yet? She must be on her throne.
Hopefully relaxing and taking it easy.
Now my ears are starting to itch. They want so bad to hear from her.
What will it be next? She will be surprised when she see's how long
her Royal Court has been waiting. This is ok, Our Royal Highness
is worth waiting on.
Hope everyone has had a beautiful day. After hitting 23, we now have
65 degrees. You just have to love Indiana weather. NOT!!!!
Need to scoot along, will check in again later.

It is now Sunday,
Any news on our recipient?
All of this anticipation and excitement for her is
causing me to break out in pimples. At age 58 don't need this. LOL!
She is going to burst with joy when she sees what her Royal Court
has put together.
Time for me to put Sunday dinner on the table. Or should I
go back to Wally World for some pimple cream? What do you all
think? If she doesn't open soon, I will run out of body parts.
Oh, I guess I do have a couple more..be my luck I will catch
them in the keyboard. (My desk sits up pretty high)LOL!
Okay, Okay, I admit that was a big fib. Keyboard actually sits
at about my waist. Oh well, I'm sure you have figured it out
by now. LOL:)
Catch up later, here comes my hubby looking as though he hasn't
eaten in a week. Better go feed him.

Hi Gang!
Returned from Wal-Mart earlier, but had company. Just now getting
back to you gals. Has anyone heard from the person of honor?
Now I must confess. Given that I have worn off my fingerprints,
and a couple of toes in my pursuit of seeing my farmsister take
her place of royalty, I now have another problem. I am getting
skid marks on my rumpus from sliding in and out of my leather
desk chair. Woe is me! When will this torture end? LOL! :)
I just want to squeeze all of you for the kindness you have shown
in recognizing this person. There are so many of you, who in your
own right deserve a crown of royalty. Always know that in my heart,
you are royalty. God chose the best of the best when he connected
my heart with you wonderful farmsisters.
Now, does anyone have any of that powder called "Monkey Butt?" For
real, no kidding, there is such a product and it is suppose to be good
for a lot of skin conditions. LOL!
Soon, I will have to make my way to the bed, or pack the bags under
my eyes for a trip to the land of Oil Olay. Until tomorrow, I send
you hugs, and sweet dreams.

I agree with you Deborah. Sissy is a Queen in her own rights ;) I have swapped with this attended Queen of the ATC's & she likes to savor swaps, so she does not open her packages right away. Maybe she is waiting to open this particular lovely ??? HUGS sent your way Sissy :)

went way over the top on this. To my farmsisters, Your
ATC's are gorgeous!!!!!! I wish all of us could be together

Sissy,
Maybe the recpient is away or out of town. I know you are
probably more anxious than me, waiting for the news. I just
think you are a treasure for doing this for her. I just know
she is going to love it! Meanwhile, I will just continue to sit
here, bite my nails, let the gray hairs pile up, add another inch to
my hips by the chocolate bars passing my lips, overall, I will
just sit here and continue to age. (Gracefully of course.)Don't
I wish. LOL!
I am unable to get any housework done for parking myself at this
computer. Now my husband just asked me to go to Wal-Mart with him.
Can't he see I am under pressure here. Guess I will go, afterall,
he made breakfast for me. (Now is not the time for him to be doing
nice things. Ha! Ha! He is a keeper. Because I love him, I guess
I will go to Wally World. But I did tell him, we have to hurry.

Here are some pics :) You guys did beautiful artwork for your ATCs! I originally planned for the ATCs to go around the outside of the crown but they were just as pretty on the back as the front and signed on the backs too (which I hadn't thought about) so I wanted to give her the option of putting them on the removable holder ring in the center of the crown or putting them on display in a book etc :) I put ATC covers on all of them to protect them while they are out on display.
I tried to get a close-up of the glittery-ness of it all but it doesn't show well in the pics. The whole crown is covered in glittery glaze over top :)

So fun to work with copper...and silver....and glitter....oh my!

Oh goodness sakes,
The wait is killing me. I just love it when nice
things happen to nice people. I get as excited as
a little child at Christmas.
Has anyone heard from the recipient? The fingerprints
are gone from my fingers and 2 of my toes have lost their prints.
(just kidding of course) Honestly for my toes to reach my keyboard,
I would have to put the keyboard on the floor. If I were to try
and raise my leg high enough to reach my desk top it would
get stuck. Would not be a pretty site. LOL:)
My husband laughs at me, because I keep coming back to check for
updated info. (Some men just don't get it do they?) LOL:)
Time to go eat my breakfast. I will return between my last bite of
food and second cup of decaf coffee. Until then, I leave this
gathering of information up to you my farmsisters. Forge ahead
and bring back the info. LOL!
