Posted - Oct 21 2011 : 05:21:43 AM ATCs are Artist Trading Cards. Using old playing cards or card stock, we decorate them for the particular swap, ie: Christmas, Easter, Valentines Day, Fall or whatever you want to do. You can check it out here on the Farm under ATC swaps or on the web under ATCs. Hope this helps! They are fun to make and collect. It's amazing the creativity of us Farmgirls :)! I displayed mine on a bare branch, put into a flower pot. Going to put my Chrismas ones on a small Christmas tree. Hugs, Ruth

Posted - Oct 17 2011 : 8:29:33 PM HI Trish! :) I display mine on a couple of those metal hangers that kind of look like a vintage gate, they have loops you can sit stuff into and clips you can hang things from and then seasonal things I rotate out and keep in notebooks in the baseball card sheets. I also have a wreath shaped one that has clips which is kinda fun in the kitchen, I alternate recipe cards and ATCs in that one. I love having them on display as much as possible so I also tend to stick them in here and there around the house on those little easels etc. With tags, I hang them in groups from a few hooks I have throughout the house too :) What a great idea you had to post this topic, I am always wondering what display ideas others have! I'm so glad you posted this!

Posted - Oct 17 2011 : 2:45:56 PM I am another who uses the sheets in a notebook!
For the off sized ATCs I have received, I have just taped them to the front pocket of a normal ATC sheet. But you could take a regular page protector and sew it into the sizes you need, then insert a cardboard sheet to slice through just the front side for access. I did that for the postcard swap because I couldn't find any unlined photo albums and I wanted to be able to read the addresses and notes as well as look at the pictures.
I also got an unfinished wooden easel that is the perfect size for displaying a single ATC, got it at the craft store. You could easily decorate the easel as well to match a particularly favorite ATC.

Posted - Oct 16 2011 : 08:31:08 AM I display the ones from the most current swap on my sofa table and another table, using mini-clothes pins and such. Then they go in the 3-ring binder in the pocket pages. Like Beth I bought my pages from ebay. I enjoy them! CJ

Posted - Oct 16 2011 : 06:50:37 AM There are also ATC displays you can put them on. I know 7 Gypsies has one on their site and other craft suppliers. Also the holders for multiple photos that sit on a table etc. are a good option. Always fun to see your ATCs.

Posted - Oct 16 2011 : 06:42:06 AM I keep most of my ATC's in a notebook like Beth and display a few as well. However, I find that alot of the thicker 3-dimensional and/or oversized ATC's don't fit in the slots. How do you farmgirls store those? I've been looking for some of the old-school photograph pages for 3x5 or 4x6 photos but haven't found any that fit in an 8.5 x 11 notebook. I bought my ATC pages at www.myatcstore.com when ordering some other goodies and you can buy them individually or in packages.

Posted - Oct 16 2011 : 05:37:06 AM Hi Trish, I have a 3 ring binder and keep them in there. Sometimes, I rotate different ones for the season as little works of art on my desk...I get the plastic pages from a baseball card vendor on ebay...There are several and don't remember the one I got mine from, but they are usually 9 places on the page to display your cards. That protects them and are easily availible. Smiles
