Let's do a Thanksgiving ATC swap. Thanksgiving is such a special time of year and one of my favorites.

Remember to put your name, the date, the name of the atc on the back..You can number them also, Also, please put your name on your recipe that you send..The ones I have received have been fine......

1. For this ATC swap, let's make an ATC with the theme "What Thanksgiving Means to Me". You will make 17 cards, so that means the swap will be open to 17 girls before closing.Read last post!!
2. Include in your ATC swap, your favorite Thanksgiving side dish or dessert recipe.
Just one copy (I will copy all the recipes and return them back to you..17 different recipes)
3. Please make sure the glue you use has everything down tight..I use Aileen's Tacky glue in a gold colored bottle..Stick glue does not always work....
4. Sign up day ends October 15th
5. Send out day will be no later than October 29th. Please..
6. Send the ATC's to me and email me for my address if you need it.
7. Let's have fun and remember your cards will be "What Thanksgiving means to Me".

Girls - I am simply overwhelmed. Thank you all for including me in this wonderful swap. At first, Beth, I thought I received the package by mistake; but after reading through the posts, I see that you all just decided to be my angels this month! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for EVERYTHING - I just love each and every ATC. BEAUTIFUL. I've been poring over them ever since the package arrived. My guys are just as overwhelmed as I am at your thoughtfulness; you brought tears to my eyes! Please know that I just adore all of you, and have missed you and these ATC swaps so much! This was SUCH a surprise - words cannot express what this means to me! I simply cannot thank you all enough! Tomorrow, I'm going to set out to find a nice branch to make into a Thanksgiving ATC tree and decorate it with all these lovely treasures! I can't wait for my family and friends to see everything! Oh, and I also really REALLY love the recipe book - you all are just amazing and wonderful and I love you all dearly. Thank you, again, from the bottom of my heart. When the ATCs arrived my 12 yr old daughter SQUEALED with delight, grabbed the package from my husband, and ran out of the room. LOL! I had to wait my turn! We sat on the couch and took in each one of them over and over. Each card is so creative and a labor of love. The recipe book is absolutely wonderful and I've already changed out my Thanksgiving menu to include a few Farm Girl recipes. Thanks to everyone and thank you Beth for hosting these ATC swaps!

I received my ATC envelope today. I love the Thanksgiving recipes and all the beautiful cards. They are just so lovely with all the thankful greetings and thoughts. Beth, you are so kind and you do such a wonderful job an all these ATCs. Thank you so much.

I also received my envelope today...filled to the brim with Thanksgiving blessings, greetings, traditions, and recipes. Just amazing how beautiful they all look together. You all are outstanding artists! Thank you for including me in these swaps. And Beth...the cookbook is precious. Thank you so much for your hard work.
P.S. I forgot to put my name on my chocolate pie recipe. In case you want to know...it's mine :)

The wonderful Thanksgiving ATC envelope arrived today in the post and it made my day. Thank you everyone for all of the cards that you made...they really are lovely and full of warmth. Catherine-Urban Chickie. The Metal edges are made from Copper Foil. Its a self adhesive strip/roll of coer tape that is used in STAINED GLASS making. I do that too. I love using that copper foil in a lot of my collage works and atc's. Love how it looks, love how easy it is to use. It can be found online if you don't have a stained glass supply shop where you are. It comes in different widths. Its about 7.00 for a large roll. ( give or take depending where you get it). Glad you liked it.

Could have hugged my postman today.....got not only the last Harry Potter movie, a cool book, and paper crafting supplies, but the best of them all, another incredible batch of ATCs!! Lovely, lovely work everyone. And the recipe book is wonderful, I look forward to making many great new recipes. Thank you Beth for the extra work of putting it together!
I do have a question for Mary in CA - I just LOVE the metal edges you did, do you mind sharing what product you used to do that- Is it a hardware store thing or papercrafting? I can think of sooo many uses for something like that! I have already convinced myself I MUST have some lol

Well, Today was a rough day at work.. I teach Kids with Autism and coming back to school after a 3 day weekend is rough on each and every one of those kids.. they want to be HOME. So, I got home... opened up my mailbox and got my Thanksgiving ATC's. It reminded me of all I ave to be Thankful for.. and that instead of being tired about the day in the classroom... I should be Greatful for all my blessings. . I loved each and every ATC and it put me in the HOLIDAY spirit. I am Blessed. Thank you Ladies. Made my day.

Ladies you did an awesome job on the Thanskgiving ATC"S. My face lit up like a Christmas Tree when I saw what was in the envelope. Tiny little Treasures of Thanskgiving! My wrist have been giving out because of my MS, so I could not sign up for both Christmas Houses and the Thanksgivng Atc's. I thank you from the bottom of my heart to you, and to Beth for sharing them with me! I am displaying them in my dinning room! It just made my day today!!! I will post a pic later when I get them all set up.
