Posted - Dec 10 2011 : 11:05:52 AM Karen...glad that you got it and I thought the bag was delightful myself. I hope you enjoy all your goodies as Much as I did mine from you. That is so cool that you play Mrs. Claus. I just read a Fiction book about a gal who plays Mrs. Claus and the children come and sit on her lap...and they are less afraid of her than of Santa. It was a really cute Story. Soooooooo, have fun Mrs. Santa!!!! Tis the Season to make Christmas Joy and Memories for others!
Hugs and smiles, peggy

Posted - Dec 10 2011 : 05:22:17 AM Peggy, What a wonderful box of Christmas delight! Thank you so much. I've been out of it for a couple of weeks with walking pneumonia -- and this was a real pick me up! I especially loved the bag and book about Mrs. Claus, as I usually make numerous appearance as the beloved white haired lady each December. What fun. Have a blessed and merry season. Karen

Posted - Dec 07 2011 : 6:41:10 PM Hi Beth,
I did get your package this past Saturday. It looks like it's been through the ringer! I noticed it was mailed on the 15th of Nov. and wonder why it took so long to get here and where it's been??
I haven't opened it yet. I promised myself I wouldn't until I get yours in the mail. Sorry I'm so behind in getting mine off to you. I have everything, but need to find the time to put it all together. I've been working some long hours at work and when I get home it's enough to get dinner and then collapse!! I'm praying for a snow day tomorrow (supposed to get 4-6 and it's already snowing pretty good!), which would be a blessing and allow me to get caught up with some things...like getting your package together and mailed out!
Got my ATC cards yesterday and they are AMAZING!! The socks are ADORABLE!! I feel foolish for forgetting to include a recipe, duh! Thanks for all the hard work you put into making these swaps so much fun!!!!
Thanks again for all you do!!
PS: Am DYING to open yours!!!

Posted - Dec 02 2011 : 05:32:37 AM Christy, I haven't been on here checking e-mail, but I got your gift and I love everything on it, the vintage tree and ornaments. Did you make the star on top? Needless to say, but I'm missing a few "presents" under the tree-yum yum. I finally saw the little candy canes on the tree, another surprise. My daughter took me to Hobby Lobby and as soon as I finish here, I'm getting your tree ready to take to the post office today, along with everone else's swap I owe. I'm not driving right now so it's hard for me. Have a merry Christmas! |

The recipe is on my blog if you find you love it and want to make your own. I love making jewelry so the hematite necklace was a must make for you :) The ornaments I had fun making and I'm just so glad you enjoyed everything :) Thank you so much for a great swap :) Huggz

The Adorable Bag...my Christmas came in! And then look at this Sweet Tree and all the little gifts around it!!!! Oh, Karen you out did yourself farmgirl!
This was just too cute not to zoom in so you all could get a closer look see!
There is a little stocking that is just stuffed full of goodies! It is sooooo cute!
Well, Karen I love it all but saving it until you get your package. Unfortunately I can't mail it until Friday this week. I thought my DH got paid last Friday but I was a week ahead of myself. Sorry! I hope you aren't disappointed but the tree I sent you is much different than the one you sent me. Each uniquely special in their own way. I am excited for you to get your goodies and then we can have fun opening them. My husband and son thought you did an awesome job which echoes exactly how I feel! This was a fun swap...and to think...we almost didn't get to participate because our original partners dropped out. Bless You and Merry Christmas Farmgirl Sister!
Hugs and Joy, Peggy

Posted - Nov 26 2011 : 1:54:39 PM Beth I just had Santa Claus visit my house and he left me a wonderful package of the cutest tree and the sweetest gifts ever! Thank you ever so much! I just love how you decorated the tree. It's so darned cute! The bag you made and all the wonderful gifts, oh my gosh I feel blessed! What a wonderful day this has been :) I probably wasn't supposed to open the gifts yet but I ummmm am sort of like a little kid and can't keep my fingers off of things unless it's padlocked LOL. You made my day! I also got some beautiful cards from a handmade Christmas card swap I was in so I took a pic of all my goodies lined up together. Thank you so much for a wonderful swap!
