 Hello Farmgirls...this is round three of THE HEART SHAPED YOYO
Swap
Sign-ups will be from now until July 15th. Mail-Out's by Aug.31ST!
If you have never made heart shaped yoyo's and want to try...I think
they are very easy to make. If you go to "New Heart Shaped YoYo Swap"
(which was our last swap) you will find where to go to get the Free
Heart Shaped YoYo template and directions. Or just google "free heart shaped yoyo pattern"
We will be making 6 YoYo's for each farmgirl.
As in all my swaps I want to ask you to please not sign up unless you plan to be committed
and follow through. If something comes up and you need to bow out...Please let me know
before the Aug. 1st deadline for sign-ups.
When you sign-up please stipulate if you want buttons on the yoyo's your recieve or no buttons.
THIS IS A VERY FUN SWAP...HOPE YOU WILL JOIN US!

OOps! Just count me as gettin old and mixed up. I got my writing confused---I did receive from the other Debi C. and they were great. The other swapper, is who I was talking about. Thank you to everyone for their concern. I have talked this over with Peggy and will stay involved in the yo-yo swaps. It was due to only one person, who has burned me on other swaps, I didn't receive a letter though. I love our swaps and can't wait to get started on more.

Debi, did you receive the ones you sent her or did she send you some she made for the swap? She sent me a letter saying she was going to return the ones I sent her, I told her just to keep them, use them. I did not want them back. Thanks for making this clear. And I agree, lets just blow this off and have a good swap. I have most of mine ready. I hope someone will continue in 2012, and lets keep on, even if it is only a few people, at least we get variety. I'm not upset either Susan...I am joining the 2/2/2 because I hope it wont happen again but if it does, oh well cause I refuse to let others stop my fun...besides, I don't feel I lost two much...I wish you would join Debi...it should be fun...
Susan, can you tell us why you feel this way? Maybe we can help? Or is it that you received a letter from someone...I think we all did...just blow it off girl...don't let it get to you...

Do you feel this way because you haven't received all of your yo yos from
this swap ? Because I haven't received from two of the swappers either. that is why
I didn't sign up for the 2/2/2 swap. that is what takes the fun out of it.
If it helps , I'm not upset with anybody.

Just a note for all our round #3 Yo-Yo Swappers...we are having sign-ups going right now for Round #4 Swap.
Please go to the Swap Thread to sign-up. This one will be a little more interesting as we will make 2 regular heart shaped yo-yo's, 2 fall ones, and 2 christmas ones. Doesn't that sound like fun????
Debi...so, sorry to hear about you being bit by a Cat wiith Rabies. That is awful!!! Thank You though for

ok-so-----i have watched you all talk about these heart yo yos and tonite i read thru the entire thread and they are all beautiful-fun-etc! and watching penny learn; i HAD to go to the tutorial- i think i could do this---but---what the heck are all y'all going to DO with these beautiful heart yo yos?????????
given the timing of round 4--maybe 3 regular and 3 Christmas???????? just a thought!or 2/2/2
anyhow-sounds like you have a great group and enjoyed the swap!

Count me in!!! I would love the 2/2/2 idea, sounds great. I am in on waiting till the 15th or when ever is good for everyonelse. I am getting ready for a Christmas craft sale. Have 20 aprons to make and some gift baskets. We (my daughter and I) are working for about 2 months now, getting ready, and now my new daughter in law is crafty and helping with her own crafts, we should have a nice sale. Excited. I will just keep looking for Round #4. Just call me ready to yoyo! Have a great week to all you farmgirls! Update: fire is out, and roadblock is down, but will go back up at 7:00 to night so we don't have unwanted visitors. But the triple digit weather is back today, and they say that Thursday will be back below 100. Thanks for your friendship and your caring. Linda

Linda...we are glad that you didn't have to evacuate. The fires have really been as bad a problem as all
the flooding from Irene and Lee. What a year for weird weather and extreme conditions. Just happy you are

Wow Penny, thanks for posting picture, it looks great. I really have to learn how to do that!
And Peggy, thanks for your hard work in hostessing. I really enjoy doing this, I really don't have enough yoyo's yet! HaHa! I love all the colors and the variety, I on my own could not come up with the many different ones. I will keep looking for the Round #4 and understand about waiting on the others. Our road is still under alert, for evacuations, but I think it will be lifted tomorrow, the fire is out except for few hot spots, and today, there was not smoke, much easier to breath. Today, they came and passed out breathing masks, even tho its over, they needed to get rid of them.

Yo-Yo Mama's I emailed our two slow-pokes (and I know LIFE happens but they have had ample time to send them out) and I asked them to please get their hearts out to each of you. As we have all showered them with our Yo-Yo Hearts.
Hopefully you will be seeing those in the mail soon. I want to do another round but want to wait until I hear from these two gals that they have mailed out.

Ok I promised a pic of all my yo yo's So h ere are all the yo yo's in one group that I have received including mine...some where around here is a lonely yo yo...misplaced one single yo yo from the swap...so I just put them on in a jar,..I'm sure the little straggler will show up. Thanks to the sisters that sent me yo yo's. they are all so beautiful I received 7 out of 9!
