I am very Patriotic as I know a lot of Farmgirls are and as my birth month is in July I tend to celebrate 4th of July all month and just go crazy:-) Lots of Red, White and Blue decorations, and flags everywhere, my family is so happy to see August arrive:-) My husband is a veteran so that is a big part of the reason I really get into 4th of July to honor him and all soldiers.
So, join me for the swap, we will swap whatever you wish as long as it is Americana, Patriotic or 4th of July related. Lots of Red, White and Blue.
Please email me if you are interested and how many partners you would like.
I will post partners on June 30th.
This should be a fun swap, and I can not wait to see the wonderful Americana treasures everyone comes up with. We will of course post pictures.
Please be very sure you want to do the swap as we do not want anyone being disappointed if a partner does not follow through.
So, Happy 4th of July and God Bless America, let the fun begin.
Farmgirl Hugs,
Debbie

Hi Maddie! I forgot to get on here sooner and tell you that there is a large envelope arriving too which has a "stick" in it to hang the quilted flag on. It wouldn't fit in the box so I just put bubble wrap around it and sent it seperately. Glad you like it all! And yes, the quilt, crackers, and pin were all hand made, the candles fell on the floor when I was packing them hence the reason the cellophane is open. It was the pin back that I needed to pick up in the city.

Hi Ginny aka Oggie :) I received your wonderful package today. Thank You so much for all the goodies you made me. I am truly blessed. I will put my son's picture in the frame as you know he is active duty & I have this one picture of him in his uniform that is faded & looks like it was from WWII, it will just go perfect in there. I just am charmed by the pin & crackers, such unique gifts :) I will display everything. Did you make the quilt ? Thank You again :)

Blessings

Hi Moonshines!
I did send you an email, which I know you got, but just wanted to post here. Girls, she spoiled me rotten! I love everything you sent. Lorrae, really the box was brimming with such goodies! I love the Minnie Mouse plaque - did you make her!?? Also, the potholder is adorable and will stay out all year. My daughter and I have been enjoying the festive candy and the straws - how cute! Also, the photo album is so creative and will be used! Thank you ever so much, really. Please forgive me that your box went out so late, first I was sick with strep (never sick, but boy was this one bad) and second my cat passed the day I was going to the post office. But it is on the way, priority and hope you love it. However, I am such a poop this week - just found the card that was supposed to go in it! ARRRGH!

Big hugs,
Nicole

Madeline - I received your box when we arrived home from Portland but didn't get to open it until today, THANK YOIU!!!! What beautiful items you made and sent. You spoiled me rotten and as soon as I can take a pic and upload it I will! The pictures you drew I love!! Already put the yellow ribbon gels on my kitchen door and the chicken is ADORABLE! I have your box ready to go but it probably won't get out until later this week. I can't leave my husband for two weeks according to the Dr. so I have to run errands when I can get someone to stay with him for a while. We didn't get home as planned either, they did keep him in the hospital, which frankly, I think is where he should be still! Anyway, I wanted you to know I did get it, I LOVE it all, and will post pics soon.

Hi Catherine L., Received your package today. First, let me congratulate you on your new grandbaby! You didn't say if it is a girl or boy, but I'm sure it's a beautiful baby!

Thank you so much for the plaque, napkins, candleholder and hanging Uncle Sam hat. So cute! I will use them at our next picnic table. I would send a photo but I still haven't figured out how to down load photos. Yikes. Thank you again and best wishes to you and your daughter and new grandbaby.

OK, I'm ready-Let's go.

Hi guys I just read all of the posts so now I am up to date on all the happenings here. I have been out of the loop as we had a horrible storm here on Friday and we have been without power. They did get some of us back up and running but there are many with no electric still! We made national news as well as CNN! I have a big tree that is down, lots of broken things and dead plants but by far I am one of the lucky ones!! Thank you God! It was a nightmare to go through! Anyway Catherine your box is here still, I am making a couple more things to put in there, thank you for being patient!! It sounds like some great boxes are going around! Thanks so much for hosting this great swap! I have been to Cripple Creek, did they have their fireworks? Coorado is a gorgous state!

Go be a blessing to someone!

Nicole, I have emailed CJ and Lorrae so lets see what happens.
Joann I have emailed Danielle as well.
Also, wanted to share some information that a farmgirl told me when she does swaps. She does not like giving her address on the internet so she sends her swap partner her treasure and then when her partner gets it she has the address. Maybe others feel that way as well, I just do not know.
I am sorry girls as I know this is not what you wanted to happen.
Hopefully I will hear from the girls I emailed and I will let you know if I hear from them.
Farmgirl Hugs,
Debbie
