Hi Ladies, This is how I decided to display my matchboxes. Sure will make my fall decorations much more meaningful. Thank you all.

Well, I came home from a vacation a little sad that it was over (we'd been planning it for 2 years)and then..THERE WERE MY BOXES at the post office waiting to be picked up. Went first thing and my DH and I had such funn opening each one at the restaurant that night. (No food in the house, had to eat out.) Anyway, the boxes are fabulous!! just too darn CUTE!! I enjoyed each and every one and will continue to do so. My BFF BJ got her set too after our vacation and called to thank me and tell me how kool she thinks "my hen friends" are.
Sherry, thank you for hosting this swap and holding my boxes till I got home. I absolutely love your wreath and may do something like that too. I was thinking maybe a tree branch to hang all of them from.

sisters....oh my......we moved this weekend( well; we've been in progress for 3 weeks and still have about a week-after work each nite- of cleaning and unpacking etc)---anyow- i worked yesterday at the bank til noon and stopped at the post office on the way to get the uhaul;;;;there was my box!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i did not open til in the quiet this morning with my coffee....each one is cuter prettier clever-er than the one before!!!! thank you all for such a fun swap!!!!

The boxes came today! WOW! So wonderful! Thanks Sherry for organizing such a wonderful swap! Each box is so precious and makes my heart sing for Fall. My daughter and I just keep going back over them and admiring the treasures. Each time we see something new. Thanks to ALL and thanks so much you to Sherry!!

Sherry, I received my fall matchboxes today! They are all so beautiful! Have to say I opened them right away! Now, I must re-pack them and take them to DIL since she helped and I promised she could open them also! Ladies, all I can say is WoW! Thank you all for swapping, and thanks Sherry and family!

My fall boxes arrived yesterday. What a wonderful lift I got when I opened the package and saw all those adorable little boxes. Everyone outdid themselves. They are adorable! Thank you Sherry for doing such a great job organizing this swap. You ladies are terrific!

I came home from the farm... Hot & tired... dragging my butt to the mail box. there it was, this special little package. I raced into the house, kicking my boots off... looking for a knife to open this package.... Sitting down and looking at each & everyone of these wonderful matchbox's with little tokens inside!!!!!!!! this is my first swap ever, & you ladies rock!!!!!!! My heart was tickled with everyones vision. I am sorry to say, I didn't put my name on mine... They were the one with the bingo number.... I love my box's & will find a way to display them. Thank you so much for the opening to get in on this!!!!!!!! LOVE IT!!!!!!!!! Bless you all. |

Got my matchboxes today. Everyone is so creative! I love all the little verses. And I'm going to sit down and make earrings out of the little silver pinecones. I'm trying to come up with a way to display them...any suggestions? So.......Happy Fall to all ya Farmgirls!!!!!
